i think the box must be opened in the sea. hence the gyroscopic sensor (sensing the motion of the waves) as well as the not "Seeker must be set to SEA"

EDIT: On a scale from Fan-Lifetime Virgin, how nerdy would it be if I got the chain tattoo that Jack has? Very Happy Lol. I'm kidding of course. I dunno... It's kinda gangsta, kinda nerdy. It would actually probably pretty cool.

lmao you're a bum. I thought it would look pretty sick.

on a related note, the new letter said jack used photos to unlock the box, so I'm thinking we're waiting on another photo to show us the missing letter on the tiled floor. Although I think if we try enough solutions with the letters we do have, we might be able to fill in the rest of the missing links. I'm too lazy to do that though. Rolling Eyes

Light's out in his room, except the lamp on his desk. A single note that says: "Gone Fishin'"
Looks like this could be the end.

He has gone far more than fishin. If you look carefully around his room you will notice that several things are gone:

1. Typewriter
2. The Lower part of the SW radio scanner (the tuner piece is still there, he took the amplifier I believe.)
3. The Reel 2 Reel tape deck formerly on top of his book case
4. The abduction map with the frozen triangle on it (from bottom right of his tack-up board)

Last but not least (and most important)

5. The puzzle box is gone from under the table and is nowhere to be found! (though the other puzzles are still over in the right side of the room)

The plot thickens!! Very Happy

PS-Dont know how this is relevant but Mark has still neglected to replace his front doors kick plate for the lock, anyone really could have walked in and messed with his stuff.

I was gonna say...just cleared my cache twice and refreshed 3 times, the metal box and 5x5 arent there! The only thing from rapture on his desk is the audio-diary.

LOL that thing with the two knobs and the semi-circle gauge on it? Thats the top part of the radio-scanner set, he took the amplifier with him so it looks kinda different but thats always been there. Wrong metal box my friend, the one im talking about is the crazy metal cube with like 3 different puzzles in it.

Ok this i gotta see. But first, are all of the lights in his room off minus the desk lamp and the one to the left of the book case? If not clear your cache and cookies, you be lookin at the wrong page. After that if its still the same the screen shot command is on your keyboard its labeled "PrtScrn" or "PrtSc", pressing that key will copy the screen shot to your clip board. Paste the image into paint, save it, and post it on up!

Ok the quote boxes are becoming ridiculous. More specifics on screen shots, PrtScrn only copys the screen shot to your clipboard. Paste that into a new MS-Paint document, save it, then upload the image here. This is getting interesting, or your off your rocker. Be sure you clear your cache and cookies though, sometimes stuff gets stuck and wont refresh properly if you dont clear them.
