I've already solved it. Slight trick to it but shouldn't take you long Smile. Will 'spoiler' post the solution if anyone wants.

 		Okay so on Friday CT said he has sent his last info to people he can trust and told us to watch our Mailbox. Now here the decoded text states Soren has sent packages to those he can trust too. I might be right when thinking that we need to watch our mailboxes for the next few days, since he didn't say email or inbox.

 		The puzzle was from Douglas Meyers. Why it was hosted on Charlie's site beats me and was probably just the PMs putting it anywhere, but right now we're only looking for info from Meyers. Soren isn't sending us stuff.
