Do you think entry 18 will be posted tonight? Or tomorrow? Because he said he was going back to the house at like, 12AM last night.

He'll more than likely tweet again before he begins uploading the video. Something like "Scary shit went down at the house today, yo, uploadin' dat video n' shiiiz."

Just like that. Smile

I hate to redirect this discussion/step outside of the story at hand, but has anybody toyed around with checking of "MarbleHornets" or "ToTheArk" are anagrams of, synonyms for, or references to upcoming commercial products or assorted consumer trends?

Just curious.

About Entry 12:

Idk if Greenshirt is or isn't Brian, but I'm pretty positive that there's a forth person there, besides Brian, the girl (Sarah I presume), and Alex.

When I was re-listening through it I found something odd. Whoever say, "Oh, here's Tim." Is not Alex or Brian. The voice comes from the left just as Brian pops up in front of the camera. Alex could be heard a few seconds before finishing his sentence that cut out do to audio distortion. ("That would be gross.")

So whoever said, "Oh, here's Tim." Is on the left side of the camera and semi-close to it.

Not only the location of the voice, but the voice itself doesn't sound like Brian or Alex. It sounds more like J in my opinion.

Now a deviation...
As I was comparing voices of the "Oh, here's Tim" guy with the CameraGuy in Entry 9 I found something odd with something Alex said.

When Alex was berating Camera Guy he said, "I gave you one job. All you were supposed to do was come in here, set up the camera, make sure it doesn't fall over, and press record ONCE. You don't stop it at all. I made this extremely clear."

Why does Alex need somebody to do that at all? Can he not set up a tripod and press a button himself? Its odd to have Camera Guy there at all if this was what he was there to do.

Not sure what anyone else has done, but I did that for Totheark, but found nothing of interest.

I reckon that this whole thing was a advanced subliminal advert for some water bottle company.

It's a Super Soaker ARG. Your best weapons against The Slenderman.

oh jeez, just noticed in entry #11, you can see at 22 seconds when the camera pans past the doorway, you can see some red shelving. that would be the "toolbox" that j finds on his left.

if you use the same trajectory he took walking from the shelves, it's possible the locked room would have been the room alex was staying in.

apologies if this has been said, i'm still working on catching ALL the way up.

One page back x)

Regarding entry #18... what makes You think we'll be getting an entry, though?

Honestly, I actually question J's judgement in going back to that place, and I'm afraid his safety is in serious jeopardy. He might just abandon the project now... or worse.

Edit: Regarding "Marble Hornets", it's a close anagram to "The Slender Man". We have

M a r b l e H o r n e t s

T h e S l e n d e r M a n

Though, there's the "b" in marble, which is an inverse "d" (slender), and an "e" is used twice instead of the two "r"s - but the "n" is missing, and "o" from Hornets is not used at all.

Hm. o. O. 0. Zero...

But that's probably reading too much into it. Still, even if it's not a perfect anagram, a bit too much for a coincidence?

Edit2: Playing around with the words a bit...it's also a perfect anagram of "Herbal Monster", which is quite a stretch, though considering the assotiation of the Slender Man and Trees ... x)

In both cases, though, I'm sure they could have come up with something smarter for a title if it indeed was supposed to be an anagram (not to mention anagrams in titles are not very clever anymore per se...)

Hm... combined "Marble Hornets" and "ToTheArk" could still wield some interesting results, though? "ToTheArk" alone doesn't hold any anagram truths, as far as I can see =)

Now he posted that at almost noon EST. Therefore, he either got back early morning in Pacific time or he went to the house early today and therefore went during the day.

Or he went during the night last night and it just took him forever to visit the house because he was so fracking terrified. Razz

Long time lurker, first time poster.

Judging by the tweet, I think its fairly safe to say nothing super big happened at the house, or if it did, it will be from TTA's side. It seems to be fairly calm and collected.

EDIT: I really hope I'm wrong though.

I don't know... J's usually wicked antsy-pantsy when it comes to revealing new entries. It's not very characteristic of him to sleep first. Something big may have happened, and he's trying to recuperate.

Scary note: Totheark's response is TTA filming J while he sleeps.

Wow, it seems that Marble Hornets AND JAFool will reach it's climax on the same day!

Could this mean they are related?! Surprised

My fav anagram I found is:

Marble Hornets -> Abhorrent Elms

Which I think is pretty fitting for the subject matter.

Two important things:

J is still alive from the house.

J is a god damn cocktease.
