I don't see why pushing it a week (so, October 2) would hurt anything and, to be honest, with all that's been going on in my life I was sort of dreading the deadline myself.

That said, earlier is better, if you have it done. That way we can get a start on going through them.

Unfortunately, we are already a long way into the selection process and we cannot at this point accept anymore RFP's. Also, if you look at it, you'll probably see that it's not something you can quickly put together.

I'm afraid the best you can do is an eearly submission for ARGFest 2011 Neutral

Soooo, yeah. Uhm, not to be the pain in your collective butt...

BUUUUT I sorta need to start planning now {read deciding if I can afford a trip by July}. I'm sure there are others in the same boat as I, much as I am also sure the committee has their hands full with tons of details and whatnots. But uhm...
