Y'know, seeing as I've been playing ARGs for three years, you'd think I'd know how to decrypt this, but coding was never my strong suit...so I've really no idea. Hex didn't work. What did you guys use to decode this?

Also, stareater, you might want to spoiler your results so people who want to do it on their own (like me ) won't accidentally read it.

Another thing i noticed: I'm not a programmer, nor do I claim to be, but for a page that seems to be quite basic, with no links or anything, it seems odd that the Dipper's Roadhouse site should have this script in it:
