I'm perplexed as to why J would go back a second time, at night. Come on man, was that the only moment you had available? I guess it makes it more suspenseful and eerie though, so I guess we can mark it down as a Rule of Scary thing.

I think so far, this is going really well. A few people have sort of complained that we don't have any real clues or leads or anything like that, but if it weren't interesting we'd all forget about it and move on, right?

Y'know... J still never found out what was behind that locked door...

Third time's a charm, maybe?

It was just a named I choose, relating to ark. You know. Of the Covenant. I'll agree I like TTA. largely because his half-mad replies add a Lovecraftian vibe to the story.

I'd assume the character has classes or work during the day, even if the player doesn't. Not to mention he might be worried about the neighbors being a little nosy. But the looks of things, the house is considered vacant - strange people coming around during the day might get the police called on him - night, maybe not as likely.

Personally, I think J would have to be stupid to go back after being assaulted by someone in an EFG mask. By all means, I want him to, but he won't. Unless SM works his mind control magic to get him back.

I love the idea of a new character, but maybe keeping him alongside TTA would be awesome. To me, Covenant seems cool, but it does sound like it'd attract a whole bunch of Halo fanboys.

Trust me on this one, you can see similar factors in all of them.

As said before, entries 1/6 have windows beside the front door and have those semicircle kind of windows above it I think..
11 and 16/18 aren't the same house since the layout of the floor below the bedroom in both of them is different, and the room that would include the trash cans in 16 in fact is kind of a small studio in 11.
3 and 8 have wooden-patterned walls which don't fit with entries 11/14 or 16/18, but I think they might with entries 1/6.

So you would have 3 different houses.

House 1: Entries #1,3,6,8
House 2:Entries #11,14
House 3:Entries #16, 18

There are parts of house 2 we didn't see and it was way too dark, so hosue 2 and house 1 may be the same one.
And Entry #17 could belong to any of them, since all houses contain windows on the second floor (in entry 16 the window he sees is in fact the one from the room behind the locked door blocked by the red chest, unless that door helds a hallway with more rooms).

Science disagrees.

Entry 1 had a window somewhere above the first floor, as Alex looks DOWN on Slender Man, who then looks UP to see Alex.

In Entry 6, Alex makes his way around the door and looks out the window, towards the front of the house, where Slender Man is now standing.

And... What do we see in the beginning of Entry 16?

HWA-BAM, SON!

This. I'd rather keep ToTheArk around longer than have someone replace him.

Don't worry. Totheark will be the last man standing in this story.

The house in the Marble Hornets footage has a front porch. The house that J investigates does not.

Epic fail.

Well, since technically what he's doing is at the worst home invasion or breaking and entering, and at the least trespass, he goes at night so that nobody else sees him and calls 911.

If someone else that wasn't TTA were to respond to Entry #18, would the whole video be shown again from the home page? o-o I'm subscribed to MH and TTA but if someone else, like if TTA really is dead I wouldn't want to mess the video response D:

Did someone say porch?

I foresaw this argument, and trust me, sir, I did my research.

There is no video evidence to support your statement. A porch is not filmed, because J does not film the area surrounding the door. Neither is the upper part of the door ever filmed. There is no photographic proof that this is a different house.

I await hard, cold evidence.

I hadn't thought of this. But, as long as someone posts their video response to Entry 18, it should show up just like TTA's did.
We're good.

entry 16, around the minute mark, looks like gravel all the way up to the front door to me

Granted, that does not look precisely like concrete, however, I hold firm that this is the same house. There's no evidence to suggest that he was looking out a window near the door in Entry 1, either. It may seem like grasping, but I don't honestly know how they're supposed to get two houses where they can film their movie so goddamn loudly without pissing off someone's parents.

ahhh, ye see, that would make it an OOG reason, not IG...

and anyway, there's several people in the entries, some of them might have their own houses or have "cool" parents

There is logical proof though;

WHY THE **** WOULD J NEED A TIP TO LOOK FOR ALEX IN HIS OWN ******** HOUSE? [/mock explosive outburst]

Seriously though, it doesn't make sense that J would need a tip to find Alex's house, especially considering that A) he knew Alex well and B) when he started looking for Alex it would have been the first place he would check.

Besides, you haven't really shown any evidence that they are the same house. Alex looks out his first story window at Slender Man (seriously look at the angle, SM does NOT look up), whereas we don't see a front door in the second house.

Sorry dude, you're not making sense.
