Damn this is frustrating.

Does anyone know a way to bypass the DNA puzzle? I managed it fine on another PC but my main one is struggling with the shockwave so much I can't move the mouse properly! I have a username but no way of entering it Sad

If you head over to the forums at http://arg.exoriare.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=1 you should have an option to log in (since you said you have a username, so you've already beaten the dna puzzle once).

You'll still need to beat the dna puzzle one more time to get access to the Global Forager game, but at least you don't need to play the puzzle every time.

Hate that gene game on older PCs. The Global Forager section is great, though.

global forager is driving me insane. i keep trying but i can't win on anything but the 1st level. i hope you don't have to do well in it to advance. :/

is anyone here doing really well on it? i know there's a strategy thread over there, but im just curious. (mokita28)

So. It looks like the logins happening here are sequential, in number if not in base word.

I'm Mokita230 (and due to a pop-up blocker, I'm also Mokita231. I'll be ignoring that latter login, but it bears noting.

Let's see if this launch goes far enough, fast enough, before work eats me again. Confused

But how do you get to the Global Forager? I did the DNA puzzle and listened to some of the audio in the DMixR thing.

I passed the DNA game on my second try. Registered as Orwell246. Was playing earlier at work so didn't have much time to explore the rest of the site, but it looks great. Incredible production value so far.

I really wanna play this one.... but I guess I'm going to have to go and buy a new mouse to be able to do the DNA thing.... mine doesn't like to click & drag anything. That makes it nearly impossible to play. Sad

Keep playing! The more you play at one session and lose the more time given. A decent mouse doesn't hurt either.

You know, when I was playing the DNA game the second time around, I was amazed at how well I was improving each time I played. Until I realized they were giving me more time.

The whole ARG was very interesting albeit confusing until I got to the Forager, where I got bored after playing about five times. I think I'm going to wait to see if more clues come up or every region in Global Forager has reached 100% to see what happens.
