well TTA hasn't even logged in on youtube in a week usually he logs on around every 2 days

Really? I had a tendency to lurk about his page, and I only saw him log in whenever he posted a reply.

Edit: GAHAHAHAHAHA-FUCKING-HA.

Just as I hit "Submit," some guy on TV said something about "Sending them into the ark."

Awesome moment of awesome.

Exactly, so why bother drawing attention to it IG? Is it just a way to amp us up, or is it (OOG) J hinting that something is up with TTA?

he may be implying that masky WAS, in fact, tta. now why wouldn't he respond? perhaps j did some serious damage to masky the night they met. he did say he was missing his knife and we can all assume J wasn't injured or we'd have heard about it.

crazy theory but just throwing ideas out there

I dont think its crazy, But it's exactly what I was thinking. That knife must have be be important if J would mention it. Im betting that TTA will post another video and it will either be misleading, like proving that he wasnt masky, or really pissed because he was stabbed. Anything could have happened because he dosent remember.

He could have stabbed him when the camera was off. EFG tackles him, the camera gets turned off, EFG's on top of him...J throws him off again and uses the knife for a critical hit. J then runs off and drives like hell. EFG limps away with a knife as a new item for his scrapbook.

possible, but did you have to phrase it in a way that reminds me of pokemon?

Guh. I'm really starting to miss TTA. I'm not impatient exactly. I found this series around Entry 15, and it took a while for 16 to come out, so I'd not be surprised if it takes a while for anything to happen now. But TTA was one of my favourite characters, and I was really getting into his story. I thought that Signal really added something human and relatable to his character, and now he's just...gone.

I can deal with it if he's gone for good, but on the other hand, I really hope he's not. Hell, I had a dream about siding with him. So I can wait, but I am going to be worried about him until I know what happened.

I'm pretty sure the Tweet is an IG way of J saying "Yea, that was TTA!"

Of course, there are a bunch of possibilities- TTA could've been ambushed by Mask first, and then got J- but I don't think that fits in with the style of the videos. The videos do a good job of making things super obvious if you're expected to see it- the only examples that spring to mind where it wasn't obvious is 13 (The first SM sighting, in the fence- I didn't see it until someone posted a frame with a red circle around SM) and 11, with SM's arm silhouetted in the window.

I really appreciate the videos and the work, but subtlety doesn't seem to be in their MO- if something happens, they want you to interpret it as that, and that's it. Look at how J stepped out and squashed the whole "Third person there" thing for 18, and that Mask did indeed attack him.

Yep, agreed. Personally, I like the not-so-subtle way of doing things because, frankly, with as few people involved as there are, and with the relatively slow pacing, it's actually a lot harder to get into ridiculous arguments (a la third party in 18 ) than it would be if everything was explicitly vague. The way it's going, we need the thing to be as straightforward as possible, else we're going to end up with no one sharing the same conclusions until shit is finally explained.

Subtlety, I imagine, makes for a great traditional ARG, but Marble Hornets isn't a traditional ARG. So I quite like it the way it is. I'm just impressed that they are making what looks like it might become one of my top favourite film projects, yet it is done on the budget of a few college students. Now, that's just awesome.

Yea. I really appreciate all the work they've done so far, but... I would really like answers at some point.

This has been going on for, what, 5 months? And what do we know for sure? Not a god damn thing, except that Alex moved away 3 years ago, and that he was being stalked by SM.

Really, what amazes me the most in this whole thing is how both Alex and J seem to have a total lack of friends to rely on, and they're both going trying to handle this super creepy crap on their own.

so J hit a weak point for massive damage?

As I said in the Trailhead, I, too, am getting tired of not getting any answers. It makes me think they're completely making this up as they go along. I don't think they had a plan for how the series would play out.

I have to kinda agree. Purely from a game perspective, its become exhausting to try and decipher things that don't seem to reveal any concrete answers.

The atmosphere and story are great, but damn if the game design is flawed. And that's not even taking into account that the game didnt start until entry #9 or so.
