 		This chasing-messenger game is a bit frustrating - whereas in other games, Holmes' speed was sufficient enough to make the meter stay in the Amazing range, this time his running seems slow. Are there two messages to be garnered from the guy, or just one? So far my flurry of punches (when I can actually corner the guy yields only one.

 		Pensive: You get one message playing as Holmes and then another playing as Watson.

I made a mistake earlier on and I've had to restart! DAMN! The Photosynth problems seem to have affected the older searches. After working through the past chapters, I'm stuck on chapter 2 now.

 		Pensive: Clicked the account details to try and see if my partner could still be brought into the game on his request. Then I lost everything. Funnily enough though, it gave me a chance to perfect my interview skills. Very Happy

 		If you're having trouble getting the clues from the crime scene, hit the 'f' button and it'll put it into fullscreen. It's easier to collect evidence that way, hit esc key when your above the evidence and collect it, although you still have to refresh everytime you get evidence (wonder why the app is not running smoothly) I just figured the fullscreen thing out.
Hope it helps anyone else that's getting frustrated with it. Cool

 		Technically speaking, the problem isn't with Photosynth.

The creators have added a "Transparent" flash animation over the top of the photosynth applet to show the "glow"s, however, that flash animation is eating mouse movements/clicks, and is not hiding itself (at all) when you find a piece of evidence.

I managed to solve the problem using Firebug to edit the CSS style of the "hotspot layer" to "display: none;" when I needed to navigate around the photosynth puzzle, and "" when I needed the hotspot to click.

I'm pretty sure I could make a bookmarklet to toggle that flash anim, if necessary, but hopefully the PMs are watching this thread, and fix it themselves.

 		Is anyone else having trouble getting past chapter 2? My holmes and I have sent and accepted our deductions to each other about 10 times or so. We get the video with Jenny's body and the letter from forrester, when we go back to the website it says we have a telegram waiting, but it is just the start of chapter two all over again. Is anyone else having this same problem?

And thus a bookmarklet was made:

You can paste this in the URL bar, or make a bookmark with it, and it will toggle the "Hotspot". You will need to toggle the hotspot on to click found evidence, but you can leave it off for the rest of the time.

We are experiencing the same problem. My Holmes and I are both using Safari on Macintoshes. Which browser/Computer are you using?
