Errr... I got the link to the Youtube channel passed by someone (or read it in a forum, mayhaps? Dunno anymore), and got here via Google when I was eager to learn more.

I had been looking for something that'd actually creep me out for a while, but was finding nothing, probably because I had desensitised myself to that kind of stuff when I was a kid. Then I stumbled upon the Unexplained Mysteries forum whilst looking up "urban legends" and "shadow people" and came upon a thread about SM, before Entry 16 was released. The first glance didn't catch my interest, but after reading everything else, I decided to go back for want of more tales, and thusly discovered Marble Hornets. Good stuff. It wasn't as creepy as people made it out to be, but it was addictive, and after doing some research, I found this site and had to join, 'cause it seemed too much of a hassle to join SA.

Also, Victor Surge is my hero.

My path is a little convoluted. I used to play WoW, and once in a blue moon I check my old guild's forums because they are hilarious. Someone posted a link to the first entry and there you go.

Was looking through the News & Rumors section of this forum to find a new ARG to play. Marble Hornets looked like the most intriguing and least fail of all the ones I looked at (I avoided epic long trailhead threads) and thereby found it probably around the time of Entry 5.

Then I read up about Slender Man.

Then Marble Hornets got its own forum and, well, you know the story from there.

I was at Bungie.net when I was looking a good thread in the sea of fail that now makes up The Flood. And I was looking at the "pinned threads" section, and I saw "What's up with this Slender Man thing?" So I read the OP and saw the vids, and then I starting lookiing into the myth, and I saw this, and now I'm trying my best to become apart of the ARG.

Btw, some of you might not have seen this, I dont know who made it or what site it's originally from but I found this in that same bungie.net thread here
