i believe he has always posted about the TTA videos. if im gonna say its Tim in "messages" id say its because Tim was the masked guy. that would make more sense

To be quite honest, when I discovered MH it was the most exciting thing that's happened to me in years, but all this TIM OR NOT drama is making me want to back away from it, or just work at it on my own.

I'm worn out on page after page of it, and I think, because there's been SO much focus on whether or not EVERYONE HERE thinks it's Tim, we're probably missing something else. Something interesting, which this debate is NOT.

It's sucking the fun out of it with a vacuum cleaner the size of a truck.

Just do what I did. Stop reading the forums and watch the videos when they come out. It clearly isn't a game that requires interaction. It might have had those elements, particularly during the early TTA vids, but it has become a linear narrative that we have no control over.

Sit back and enjoy the show. There is nothing to break down. The project was born from a make supernatural images lol thread, so I think they are just trying to do the same thing with a video.

Speculation on the entries/responses has turned from "examine these sounds and invert these images and break these codes" (which never really mattered, it appears) to the sounds of a handful of people trying to guess what happens next, like that friend of yours you hate going to movies with because they blurt out what they think is going to happen.

I'm with Clueless - we have no influence on the events, with all the garbled audio, missing video and TTA cryptic responses what have we discovered/solved? NOTHING

So, with that said, all I can do is wait for the other shooter from the Grassy Knoll to be revealed so I can say "Ha, I told you so"

what if the makers are reading this forum and going by what we say?. ive never played an ARG before so im not sure how it would work. but whos to say someone from here didnt email him and suggest he go there(to the house). or they saw what we wanted J to do here and just came up with its own backstory.

Hmm...
I get the feeling one of two things has happened:
1) J has noticed that he is being stalked by SM, EFG or someone else
or
2) J tried to meet with Tim again, but something bad happened to him.

Not a whole lot of proof behind it, but those seem like the simplest options (based on "Messages" and J's recent tweets).

I wonder if J's persistence with this investigation is ever going to get an explaination. So far J has wasted (presumeably) countless hours going through the tapes and editing them, gotten seriously ill, been attacked by a mysterious stranger, and now this latest twitter post implies he's scared something will happen to him. Yet he started the whole project by acting on a whim and looking through some old tapes. He's really not getting anything out of this but to satisfy his curiosity, despite being well aware (by now) that he's in danger. I don't know about anyone else, but I doubt my sense of curiosity would extend as far as J's has.

It's quite likely that the issue is just being handwaved as "he's curious so the plot can happen" but it would be nice to know if J had some personal stake in all this. And concern for Alex is not enough; J and Alex are not very close friends. They didn't speak to each other for 3 years.

Personally I think J's lack of a motive is grounds to distrust him. I think he's hiding the real reason he's involved in all this. It's been said before. Even TTA has said in a reply that humans can't be trusted. This could apply to anyone, but to J especially since he controls what we see in the entries.

Anyway, my 2c. Make of it what you will.
