Well, my comp shows the capital letters on the Temporal Sanctum site without the APA acronym as "LVEOAIVCEE" which anagrams to LEAVE VOICE. Possibly related that tel. nbr. on the previous page Dunno

EDIT: I commented but can someone see if they can read that symbol at the top of the weird flash, I think the flash is a distraction for the symbol.

EDIT2: I can make out United Suspected and USA out of that symbol.
Btw, the name of the picture is 2uejxb4, so far for the seemingly crypted things we have:
2uejxb4
and then there is two more that were on the former page, and I can't get the cache to work

Well I jotted down the chem compounds, nothing yet but this is what I have so far:

Card On Right:C28H29F2N?S Carbon 28 hydrogen 29 Flourine 2 Nitrogen ? Sulfur
I'm not sure on this one, can't make it out fully. it's not coming up on any database with either 4 or 5 in the ?, maybe it's an out one out deal

TY Turducken. Google translates "ץליח" as Managed tho' Hebrew is normally read right to left which doesn't translate here imo. Dunno
