I am a Janus and I can't figure out the answer to the puzzle! I read the notes of the notes in red but I still can't find out the answer...please help!

vampzewolf is right.
it's not about the notes themselves, but the words under the red notes.
It gives a 3 word phrase which might be the motto for the Janus branch.
Similar mottos are 'Revenge Above All' for Luke Cahill (on the dagger on his card), and 'Strength Above All' for the Thomas Cahill (on the ivory compass on his card).
