I personally think it's hilarious that someone would think that a tree in a house would have anything to do with anything. Let alone mistake a carpet for said tree.

Apologies to all. My "find" was silly and inaccurate. Thematically, finding a tree in a home would be the perfect link between two otherwise separated worlds in Marble Hornets - the natural outdoors and the personal home. I was obviously too careless in my excitement to realize that this important link was probably not going to be presented to us by the MH creators.

No hard feelings, I guess. Glad to see cooler heads prevail in the forums; I would rather see my theory shot down for good reasons than inappropriately praised for the wrong reasons. Keep up the good work everyone.

Been looking over the vids again.......the video where alex has the blood running down his face specifically. I don't know if it has been mentioned but we had a bit of a debate at my house. Look at Slendy's right hand as he walks in. Is that his hand or is it a gun? I personally think it's just his hand, my better half and my friends think its a gun.

It's been discussed...

We had a bullet casing, but no gun, so people can see the shape of a gun in his ~~hand~~ tentacle.

While there's no proof he DIDN'T have one, there's certainly no plausible reason for him TO have one. The general consensus at the end of our debate was that it's simply his ~~hand~~ tentacle bending as it touches the doorframe as he's going through it.
