I never liked the idea of Slendy packing heat, but everytime I watch 14 and he enters the room, it looks like a gun in his right appendage.
We don't know why there is a spent bullet casing found in the house when J searches it the first time, but this is the only time we see anything that may possibly be a gun.

I get how you can interpret his "thumb" or whatever as a gun barrel, but how do you account for the big mass underneath that's obviously connected to his arm? It would be one thing if it was a fist with a barrel coming off it, but IMHO it looks like a giant mitten with a thumb, as if he's got like a stuffed oven mit on the end of his arm.

His left appendage pushes open the door and it has no thumb or anything resembling fingers, so if his left was the same, I can't see how he would even be able to hold a gun, but when I watch the video it just looks more and more like a gun. A still picture doesn't quite do it justice.
Like I said, it seems almost ridiculous that Slendy would carry a gun, but every time I review the clip, I see no other reason for the shape of that
left
right appendage.
[Edit - Correct spelling mistake]

Have you guys noticed that while the guy is entering the room it seems like he is carrying a gun in his arm?

From Wikipedia, the Free Encyclopedia:
A facepalm (sometimes also face-palm or face palm) is the physical gesture of placing one's hand flat across one's face or lowering one's face into one's hand or hands. The gesture is found in many cultures as a display of frustration, disappointment, embarrassment, shock, or surprise.
