I know they say it is a wall for climb training....

From J's Twitter: "A lot of people are thinking "the tower" could be the red tower both Alex and I saw during Entry #5. That's the most solid lead so far."

So it seems we are right, although now I doubt a totheark video reply sicne he came to the conclusion through different means and doesn't need a lead. (Which is what totheark usually provides)

actually, as far as we know, TTA has actually provided only a couple of leads[the house[e16] was an anonymous tip]

doesn't look much like a water tower to me, and i'm not sure if the fire brigade keeps random water towers around anyway

just figured i'd mention it because of all the wierd water theories around

"I think I remember where the tower is located. Going to try and find it on a satellite map soon."

The tower could be the elevated position that was looking down on an unknown building (jay's dorm?) in Program.
