 		I don't have a solve, but here are some clues:

The length factors are 2, 3, 4, 6 and 12.

In coverting the VW's to decimal (with V=1), I got:

Again, the decimal results from the groups of 12 yeild pairs of numbers having values between 1 and 26. By groups of 6, they are 0 to 63.

I tried converting the 12-digit result to alphabet a=1. Here is whay I got:

Consider the last three letters from the 12-digit solve, either a=1 or a=26:
