When I *look* for ARG, I see it, but I didn't notice it until it was pointed out. I also see something like run or runes, but the rest honestly seems like complete nonsense. I'll keep looking. Maybe I can freeze it enough and clean up the individual images some.

I am not terribly familiar with stargate, either - but I did chuckle at the mistype of "debt" as opposed to "depth." This AI is seriously lacking in the grammar and spelling areas - and they know it? So I wonder if it's all a part of what we should be figuring out...

Grabbed this off Wikipedia. This is the "Language of the Ancients" from Stargate. Looks like what we possibly need.

I'll give it another look.

EDIT: Yeah, this is it. But I just can't edit the words from the video the right way to get it clear enough to decipher.

That, after over an hour, is as good as it gets. I'm still working on the translation, which is also in code. Probably ROT - I can't get all of the symbols translated, but maybe you guys can find what I can't, or we can figure the rest out based on what we get. ^_^

I'm not having a whole lot of luck making mine all that much clearer. Also, am I crazy or do the F and U symbols look identical?

As far as I can tell, here's a partial translation. Maybe through our powers (and staring at screen related headaches) combined?

I'm glad I'm not losing my mind, I had OGTRY for the fourth line, very similar to your EGTRY. But, obviously, neither of these make any sense. I emailed v7 just letting him know that I can also be contacted with information, and if he sends anything back, I'll let everyone know.

I have OGTRY for the fourth line, as well. There are a few other discrepancies from that translation to mine, if I can get this thing finished I'll post what I have. Also, prelude, if you have even a slightly clearer version - for sure, post it here.

I am...not entirely certain as to what v7 is talking about. But NovaChild, I don't think he's saying that the Stargate Language of the Ancients is wrong.
At first, it seemed as though he was saying that the whole video is a waste of time, a "dead end", but that is kind of...argishly counterintuitive.

So working under the assumption that the video does have some purpose, v7 keeps talking about a key. Since the video seems to have an additional layer of code in its language, maybe this is the key to decoding that layer?

Okay. So, on re-examining the "Unknown4100" email, a couple of things jumped out. I haven't really been able to make much of anything yet, but maybe this will click for someone else:
