Those seem to fit.

"as to b---kay" is probably "to be okay, now." Maybe 'Has to be ok, now.'? Specially since the next part seems to be emphasizing the previous statement. So maybe "She has to be okay, now. HAS to be."

Edit: Ugh. I don't think "changing" works. Not enough letters? My eyes may be crossing by now, but not counting the last -, it should be 9 letters.

Edit 2: I have to get some sleep. I hope to not have visions of Time Cop dancing in my head. GL to anyone who works on this!

I'm looking for quotes or a script from Timecop 2 to see if the audio clip we never figured out is from that movie.

I've been trying changing the last word to CHANGE and going from there but nothing seems to fit, maybe you guys can come up with something?

EDIT: Just wondering if we are violating TEC guidelines by deciphering this. Maybe we'll all get 'detained', haha!

Gadjilitron -- did you ever email Donna? Does your email have your name in it? Might be grasping at straws, but it's worth a look.

So, PD doesn't know a Ryan and I still really think the message said "Ryan". What it said after that, I still have no clue.

That's switching one dash per space/character. I don't think the word beginning with O is obvious, simply because it was ov and was followed by two dashes. I'm thinking the gap i've left is either 'That' or a name. If it is a name, Ryan would be the most likely candidate to me. As for the stuff in italics, i'm thinking it could either be what i've left it as, or YOU made them change. Thoughts?
