I think J is trying to tell us that Operator means camera operator. He could have just as easily said "cameraman" or "who was using the camera"

Instead he chose to say Operating.

 		So basically, unknown operator dude could have been operating more then once.

MAYBE CAMERA OPERATOR IS MASKY.(Watch me get trouted. :P)

J created 19.5 to officially declare his intentions outside of Twitter. If you were just watching all the videos straight through, it would be weird if he just shows up at the tower without leading into it. It's not really a "find" or "encounter", hence the half.

 		Precedes Trees
In my opinion "precedes" does not refer to importance or prior visitation but to time. I think "precedes trees" simply refers to the age of the tower (and Slenderman), which is far older than or precedes even the woodlands surrounding it. It may serve as a kind of intimidation to J that the Slenderman is such an ancient entity?

He made the twitter account a few days after Introduction and Entry 1 went online.

 		This is just a personal feeling and I have no data to prove it, but my gut tells me that "deeper secrets" is more of the true meaning and "preceeds trees" turned out to just be a happy coincidence. TTA probably just found that anagram, thought it was clever, maybe thought about how the tower was near some trees, and went with it.
