i take "the sanctuary...deep within the skin" to mean DNA. perhaps the junsui have found a way to awaken latent DNA code within any person, including the khozains? (harking back to the whole "burn down their house from within")

hmm wonder where the new location is...

 		Well.. if they are dropping clues.. maybe there are something behind this messages.
First of all.. all these sentences points these holidays.. When she talks about: DEUS SOL INVICTUS = is about the "God" sun.. Al referred to solstices and astronomical stuff.. later.. this celebration was disguised like Chirstmass.. or others festivities..

In certain way they are talking about Men Of Taste organization.
But there's more in the background that i cannot figured out yet..
