 		Oh, and I um, just shat brix. Hundreds of bricks. The stairs and such imply fire, which may mean the painting and other fire hints you guys picked up on it right. YAY!

 		So Alex says that J is gone. Then how the hell did he get the tapes? Does he come back? Does Alex just *think* J is gone?

You know, I'm thinking that maybe it's possible that J is a different J now than he was before. I know that sounds ridiculous, and I don't know how to elaborate better, but it would explain him not remembering anything to do with Marble Hornets. Maybe they all disappeared and somehow J came back. How though? And why?

Also, I knew it was gonna Seth. Ever since Regards. It's still possible that it's Brian, however. Just sayin'. =P

thats exactly what im thinking dude. gone as in Slendy now has them too.
BUT
if this was 3 years ago. and Jay has NEVER been stalked by slenderman himself (only masky) i am kind of doubting that that is what it means. its the best we can think of so far though i think

He says they're gone because he and seth were scouting that building out and something happened to seth and alex woke up in the place alone, thats what he means by gone. He woke up in a strange place by himself.

Could just be that no one was talking to him anymore since the end of production since his attitude changed to be angry and annoyed at everyone.

Maybe, maybe not. J said that he didnt remember those instances 3 years ago, and he was complaining of being cold in the video with Tim. (not the interview and i cant remember the number off the top of my head)

thank you for clarifying!!!! i find it astounding that J remembers none of this. COME ON when things like that happen, you just dont forget ALL of it, right? also, now i wonder where seth is. OH and i wonder why J remembers asking alex for and recieving the tapes, but remembers nothing about them even though he was apparently part of it.

 		He talks about -everyone- being gone. Sarah, Brian, Jay... all gone. that's what he says. As in, they've been disappearing.

and I'm still not sure why everyone is assuming Seth is masky. if everyone else disappeared in the same way, then that doesn't make him a more likely candidate than anyone else. I'm sticking with Tim.

Obviously, we don't know what this 'gone' means, and we don't know that slendy was never stalking Jay.... we've never SEEN Slendy stalking Jay, but that doesn't mean it wasn't happening.

We're at a point where we can speculate a lot, but actually create accurate theories about very little.

but i was thinking that this was the actual last tape of the tapes that Alex did. J got them from Alex because he was going to burn them! so i think that this was the moment that he decided to burn the tapes. after this night.

I still speculate that it may be recent. "Running away" and "going home" and "everyone being gone". At this point. NOW, we know Brian is missing. Tim may have poofed as well (remember we were speculating that Tim was Masky after 20). We havent seen Sarah or Seth yet. So....maybe...?

i just assumed that he was never stalking jay. because i figured that J would have said something about it. and wouldnt he have known about slenderman then before refinding the tapes? there are alot of things that just dont match up.
