 		Backtracking a bit.
- The blood found by Alex in #22 is dry.
- The blood found in Entry #16 is dry.
- The emphasis by TTA and the Entries on water, or a need for/lack of it.
Is this significant?

Also, the bullet casing from #16; perhaps J shot Alex? This is where things get weird, stick with me...
Alex says that J (among others) are 'gone.' Maybe they've been seduced by the slenderman, much like TTA? If that were the case, then J could have shot Alex in Brian's house and forgot about it before he visited in #16. Also, TTA (obviously Tim) could have removed the evidence collected in #16 before it jogged any memories for our protagonist. Clearly we don't know where the gun came from, and we don't have a definitive answer as to who was shot with the missing bullet. Moreover, why wasn't all of the evidence collected in #16 removed?

There are too many questions left unanswered. I'm going to wait for TTA to respond.

 		Just to keep all doors open for the time being, we're saying it's possible that Slendy killed J after return and took control or took his identity and is now leading victims to his restaurant. Yummy.

 		Looks like things got heated here, haha. A bunch of us have been chatting on AIM all night instead of posting here.

I dunno if it's been mentioned yet, but we have a hunch that the poolhouse from Entry 13 is the location in this video. The interior.

I say this because the poolhouse OOG has recently been unlocked. I haven't seen the inside of it and pkticker didn't go in there as not to trespass, but it was definitely unlocked.

When I go sightseeing to the filming locations, I will go inside if I end up there and it's still unlocked to verify. There is a lot of water related equipment in there, though. And it must be broken because they sure as hell weren't safe.

 		Ok, I had to post this because I looked through the thread and no one mentioned this.

In reference to Jay, Sarah, Tim being "Gone", why does gone for some reason immediately equate to Dead?

I'm thinking that Alex was there with Seth and Possibly also Jay, Sarah, Tim, and Brian (or maybe Jay, Sarah, Brian and Tim were hanging out the last time he can remember anything and they buggered off early?), and the next thing he remembers is being in "that house" (Brian's) without anyone. Hence, they are "gone."

And at that point, looking at the tape and what happened to Seth, he decided "forget this," and went back to his house to burn the tapes. Jay comes over, and Alex, realizing (or not realizing) Jay doesn't remember anything that happened, let's Jay take the tapes, then gets as far away from that town as he can.

Anyway, that's the first thing I took away from Alex's Speech at the end.

... This still doesn't answer much, except who the unknown camera operator was.

This so much. There is a lot to be dissected from this new entry and all people are doing is jumping to wild conclusions and claiming that they are fact. There are a lot of new questions that can be posed from this and I think a possible answer or two. These are things I saw just on my first view! If we can start collaborating first on what there is obviously in the video and then move on to trying to solve things with the gaps in the puzzle things would go much better. I think I'm just gonna go to bed and hopefully by morning all of the idiots will have filtered out.

 		Okay tweaked the Shadows to make it easier to see, but he's right there. Head, shirt, tie. Blurry, but that's night vision.

Come on. Look at it.

What I don't get is why he said Jay is gone when he gave the tapes TO Jay.

Also, what the hell, that shadow at 6:20? Like a hand going for his head?
