I don't mind. I've shown it to some and they said they didn't seen it and others said they saw it.

Unfortunately we'll probably never know. I don't see Jay releasing a sighting list once MH is said and done. Although I would love that haha.

 		The next video is going to be pretty difficult to make... it's going to have to provide some definite answers about Jay's situation and Alex's whereabouts, or it's going to lose all the momentum that has been built up by entry 22.

Yeah, that's been one of my only complaints about the series is that they go from intense heights and drop back to minimal excitement regularly. I would love just some consistent intense entries.

 		It's pretty well accepted in any storytelling format that you can't have the intensity turned up to eleven all the time, other wise the intense moments lose their impact, and your audience starts to get burned out.

They can't all be like entry 22 (even as awesome as 22 is) or else videos like 22 wouldn't have the impact they do. As long as we keep seeing pieces of the story revealed I, for one, will be happy.

That is a very good point. If all the videos had crazy stuff they'd loose their meaning.

The past couple days have been the most involved since MH started, so I expect the intensity to drop some. Hopefully, though, we will start getting some answers instead of more questions.

Either way, I'll be watching. haha

 		So, this is something my sister and I just came up with. In totheark's videos, the word "Operator" comes up multiple times, and in Entry 22, we find out the name of the camera man is Seth. If we can assume that Seth is the same camera man from several of the other entries, such as 20, then we can deduce that he would have access to about the same information as Alex and Tim. Therefore, he would be able to take the audio from clips and get the different views in order to make the totheark videos. So "The Operator" clues in the totheark videos tell us that Seth is totheark. Also, Alex notes in Entry 22 that Seth's camera is gone, which would make sense, because totheark would need a way to film Jay when he was on the floor during his coughing fit in Addition.

Observations and Questions about e22:
~The distortion at the beginning of the tape is similar to the distortion at the end of the tape.
~Alex's monologue at the end of e22 is really just... not naturally-delivered. It's like he's reading from a script IG, or cue cards. Is Pazuzu (as savatage called him) using Alex as a puppet, maybe?

This seems improbable as Alex states that he's going to burn the tapes, try to dissociate himself from what has transpired, but:

1. He doesn't burn the tapes.
2. Who says SM/Pazuzu wants the tapes to survive?

~Also, why does the video feed keep cutting out while the audio continues? The hell?
~The thing in the pipe moves. It's clear the second time we see the pipe, as distortion.
~Stop looking for SM. Even if he's there, what does it matter?
~Blood. It's everywhere. SM already has a few kills to his name, I guess.
~We're seeing distortion we've never ever seen before here. And it's not like SM can't show himself without causing the kind of distortion we see at the end-- TTA's Program video is proof of that. Unless SM only affects some brands of camera, in which case Marble Hornets is probably one big ad campaign for that brand of camera.
~This has to be a location we've never seen before. That abandoned bath-house seems to be a one-story affair unless it has a basement, sub-basement, etc. But then why would Alex + Co. turn on their brights down in the goddamned sub-basement?

Methinks a visit to Tim is in order, and it's been a long time coming.

 		I have to agree with you about Alex's delivery, but I just chalked it up to a guy that's not really an actor trying to portray a shell-shocked individual, personally...

I figured the video fading out while the audio continued was another as-of-yet unseen form of distortion; we see several new varieties of distortion in this tape, so another one doesn't really shock me. The thing that freaks me out is the shadow-hand-thingy grabbing at Alex when he talks about leaving the house....

I also really wonder about him saying he was going to 'go home'... where the hell is home? That doesn't sound like a simple "going back to my house' type of a statement to me...

The blood... yeah. I noticed that too. At one point, Alex says "there's more" very clearly, while referencing the blood, and i spend the whole rest of the video listening for more TTA quotes, heheh.

Also, marble hornets is starting to remind me of LOST. every time there's a ground breaking 'episode', the stuff it reveals always asks more questions than it answers....

Your theories are all very sound! Makes sense to me.

Going to nitpick the "gone" thing again.
Someone else said something along these lines-- sorry for improper credit-- and sorry if my entire theory is just a trout.

When Alex says, they're all gone, he could mean, they all don't remember what was going on.

Alex is the only one who remembers, and Seth was, too, until he got Pazuzu'd (so-called, because the distorted face/shadow doesn't look like Slenderman's, but it could just as well be another manifestation... or something less lame.)

Anywho, Alex is the only one who remembers. Jay comes, asks for tapes. Alex doesn't see the harm in this; he is scared, maybe Jay can piece together clues. Alex moves away.

Jay looks through the tapes. Doesn't remember even being a part of it. (He only later on says he location scouted; originally, it was just his friend's video. As time progresses, it is revealed that he was even there for script meetings/filmings. I believe that this proves that Jay forgot it all.)

Maybe, and stay with me here, Tim and the others saw the video online. Memories flood back, like they do for Jay. They panic. TTA is born.

The tape in the red tower is then found by Jay. He says on twitter that he doesn't even want to put it up. We see it, find it creepy/bizarre, but don't see why he would not want to put it up, and why he would appear to fear for his safety more now than before.

It's because he sees now that he truly was in as deep of shit as all of the other guys were, even Alex. Alex fled, being hunted by SM. SM apparently stopped harassing the guys/girl who forgot all about it. He is now afraid that he will return to him, as he did, in Return.

Yes? Me likes.

 		Possible... but to me, it looks different from EFG... so for now, Pazuzu it remains Razz (for me-- not that I think it is actually Pazuzu, I am just calling him that for now. Doubtful he will ever come up in other entries!)

EDIT: I mean, if this Pazuzu entity was there and not Masky or SM, it makes sense-- lots of weird shit was in that place, like a baby crying. At least I heard it... am I wrong?

So, this may have been where the shit REALLY hit the fan.

I will therefore call the face/shadow, Pazuzu.

On a side note, the house just settled and I almost had a heart attack.

 		I've been lurking for a very long time, I will no longer keep my thoughts to myself!

so, i've been thinking. IF the blood we see in 22 and in previous entries comes from SM's killings, and assuming they are people killed, then that means people from Jay's town/city must have been reported missing. Can't Jay look up any missing reports?

didn't want my first post to sound too farfetched, but it was the first thing that popped into my head when someone here concluded that SM had definitely done some killing.

 		Wouldn't you be scared pretty shitless if you had found that you had all these missing memories, and then found a video with your friend referring to you as being 'gone' in the same way as the guy who was donkey-punched to the floor in some abandoned spookhouse by slenderman/whoever like we see with Seth in the video?

I'd be more worried about Jay if this video hadn't terrified him... his whole perception of reality is even further off than he thought it was in the first place....
