That is also the dates still on their main 39 Clues media page, near the bottom.

wikipedia's date for book 7 was changed on Sept 13 by a user that also claimed the title was "The Madrigals". Since Feb 20th is not a Tuesday, I'm going to go with it being misinformation.

wikipedia's date for book 9 was changed on Aug. 19th . It looks like that information came from a bookseller, like Amazon.com.
So you can either believe amazon.com, or a 6 month old press release.

Book 7 is coming out real soon! Smile I believe this thread should be used a little more, to dicuss details and what we know about the upcoming Book 7. Sherlock39 suggested that it will take place in South Africa and the Zulu Tribe, because of how the spears look.

Now i know this doesnt really belong here, but has anyone noticed that none of the 400 cards are janus???

And only 1 Ekat.
I think it's to make up for the fact that most of the writers are Janus.

What 400 cards? I don't get what you mean, and what does it have to do with the writers of the books been (mostly) Janus.

(Though Ironicly most writers are Janus since writing is considered an Artform by most)

As for book 7 I believe that it might be staged in Africa like CarrotCahill said. Though I believe China and the TerraCotta warriors could be where its located.

The bonus promotional cards you get with shareable codes - #400 Bookworm with Attitude, #401 Wannabe Ninja #402 Pint-Sized Assassin...#433 Madrigal Down Under.

The first sets used as promos at book sellers tended to be about Amy or Dan (both Cahill cards), the Kabras or Irina (Lucian cards), or the Holts (Tomas). Several of those cards were duplicated.
We got our only 400 series Ekat card with Alistair's #421 Unreliable Uncle.
The last few sets have been about Amy, Dan or the Madrigals - all being Cahill cards.
