Normally you guys here have some good ideas and sometimes you are 100% spot on, but this time it is epically delusional. Sometimes ya just over think stuff to the point of absurdity

Just don't think so much about a simple word, think more of what this entry shows us.

1) It is 100% the last entry of Alex within the MH series which brings about him giving the tapes to J before running off (as he said burn these tapes)

2) It gives us a definitive name of the camera operator for this entry....Seth

3) Dried blood on the walls indicating a definite struggle, the blood is also dry. The blood found at the abandoned house was dry.

4) Shows distortion about the big pipe, film also cuts to it shortly after with some weird distortion effects being present.

5) shows a "shadowy figure" during alex's monologue at the end along with some distortion.


Lets stay focused on the given and make correlations between this video and previous entries.


Yes thank you, here's my slightly fuller version of above.

Marble Hornets filming attracts Slender Man, we don't know how, why, etc it just does. Things get bad but then people start forgetting anythings amiss.

It gets to the point that only Seth and Alex recall Slender Man at all. Alex tries to barricade himself inside and hide (run away) from it but it doesn't work. Slender Man still finds him (Entry 14), if not for the tapes he'd have forgotten too.

Seth and him decide to mount an offensive and go at this thing head long (Entry 22). It ends however with Seth joining the ranks of the brainwashed and Alex all alone. He decides that the only way to beat Slender Man is to join his friends and forget. He stops taping himself and is going to burn all the tapes destroying any record and allow him to be wiped clean as well.

However Jay wants the tapes. So Alex, deciding that perhaps Jay can remember what happened, gives them to him. A last glimmer of hope at getting some rational answers to an irrational situation. Alex resigned himself to his fate but still has hope of answers.

We know Jay doesn't even remember working on MH so we know his memory is wiped or GONE. Alex does still want to forget so he gives the stipulation to not ever mention or show the tapes to him again, lest his memory be jogged as well.

Things are good for three years until Jay decides to watch the tapes, spurred by talk of SM on Something Awful. Jay starts to remember, but so do Alex and Tim (post interview).

Alex wants to help Jay and leaves him clues in the form of TTA responses guiding him to where he left the #22 tape. Jay had become the holder, container or ARK of the tapes. The videos are addressed as such To The Ark=Jay.

Tim does not want to remember, he wants to stop Jay and bury this thing in his memory again, he is Masky. We also know that Tim was "sick" long before Alex was meaning that he may have more at stake in remembering then Alex. Hence his more vicious attitude towards it.



Also, and I don't know how it fits. "Bleed more", the bullet casing, and following a trail of blood all link together some how.

I also don't think Slender Man is evil, at least in our sense of the word. I think he is simply part of the natural order of things that we are not suppose to see or understand. The knowledge of his existence makes us physically and mentally ill because we can't reconcile it with the way we see the world. However he has the ability to wipe the memories of him and restore order. Of course a mind wipe, no matter how beneficial, never seems friendly. Think MIB.

 		With all the talk of "summoning" Slendy, I can't help but wonder if that picture from Entry 20 is supposed to be a Picture of Dorian Gray type deal. It's shoehorned into the story in much the same way as the tower, and given that The House seems to be Brian's, it seems possible-or even likely-that the picture is what's in that locked room upstairs.

And enough with the present-day crap surrounding this entry. It doesn't make any sense, and we're not talking "this is really confusing!" If this was a recent tape, how did it end up at the tower? Why would Alex leave it there if he was just going to destroy the tapes? Why does he look exactly the same as he did three years ago? Why would he-or anyone else for that matter-write "at the tower" on the back of a piece of paper that Jay has, when the only thing AT said tower is the tape? It doesn't make any sense. Cut it out.

seems to me he's talkign about running away from slendy in the previous entries and burning the tapes was when J convinced him not to...

even though he's gone?

 		On a side note, anyone notice what might be the stigma letter written on the wall at 0:44 in entry 13? Was looking at it since it was mentioned earlier and just noticed that.

 		ok, so this is what i got from that.

After experiencing what ever it was that went on in that tape, Alex decides to stop trying to just run from the Slender Man, and is going to burn all the tapes and move to another state, that's when J comes in and takes them away from Alex. So I think this is probably Alex's last tape.

What I can not understand is

1. This seems to be very late in Alex's stalking, so why was he down in that building in the dark investigating (unless he was chased down there, but it looks more like they are exploring it).
2. Why does he say everyone is gone? Is he talking figuratively to simply state everyone has abandoned him?
3. Just what WAS that place they were in, it looked like the basement to some old abandoned house.

I gotta say this was some what disappointing, this was really hyped as some giant thing that would answer questions, but it answered nothing, hopefully tta has a good response.

 		I get the feel that Alex's message at the end was a kind of "I'm coming back to finish what I have started" type deal. I don't know what was up with the whole everyone being gone thing, but there are alot of things J doesn't remember, so its still all up in the air I suppose

Also, the Slendy=Jay theory is stupid and if you believe it you might be stupid aswell.

My only problem with this is that, based on what I can see of the outside of the poolhouse, there wouldn't be any stairs inside (unless there's a basement, which I suppose is possible). The poolhouse is not that big, and the inner wall from the open door I saw curved around out of sight. I could probably see about 8 feet in before the curve blocked my view.

I'm saying it's possible but I don't think its likely, at least not OOG. Now, IG they could SAY that wherever they are was in the poolhouse, which would allow them poetic license and keep them from tresspassing. Dunno

Really? I felt it, with the whole build up to go to the tower, then the build up of him posting the tape, seemed like something huge was about to get resolved.

Well, for me, one of the places is right where I drive home from work every day. OOG it's an open area, a city park and a site on the historical registry, and anyone can (and does) go by all the time. You can easily tell if anyone is there because the parking area is out in the open, so I went by one morning when no cars were there and took some pictures (which, by the way, is something I've been meaning to do for about ten years but never got around to). The other location is in a state park -- again, public area with lots of people around. No one was filming (if they were, I would not have stopped to take pictures).

I am not trying to stalk the locations. I just want to get a feel for them, for my own enjoyment.

 		There is one major thing a lot of you are missing.

Why would Alex leave a taped message saying he is going to burn the tapes? Seems kind of redundant, doesn't it?
