UPDATE: EOTW

The EOTW website has been updated with a fuzzy image of the disc Wes found on the devil hunt 2 expedition. Looks to be a seven pointed star (septagram) with symbols between the points. At first I thought it was nothing more than a sand dollar. Smile

There is also a humorous reminder to everyone who requested a bumpersticker and forgot to include an address.

AHA!

Here's what I found out about the 7-pointed star:

Quote:
Known as the Faerie or Elven Star, the 7 pointed star is one of the entrances to the Faerie Realm - the gateway to the Otherworld. Each point on the star represents a pathway, or the 7 rays of manisfestation of the Higher Self, as follows: *1st point - Power, Personal Will and Determination. *2nd point - Unconditional Love, Wisdom and Growth. *3rd point - Knowledge and Intelligence. *4th point - Harmony and Tranquility. *5th point - the Powers of Mind and Science. *6th point - Devotion and Honesty. *7th point - Magick. The points blend with each other, nuturing and joining us as one with the Universe, bestowing personal and spiritual transformation.

Otherworld is the legendary place where the Sidhe, what we call Faeriefolk, left our world for.

To tie this in with the grafitti speculation, I bet if you map out the locations where the grafitti appeared, you will see a pattern resembling a seven-pointed star. I would also wager that Digitalis' tent at AGP is the center or apex of that star.

Time will tell...

Interesting

That definitely makes sense ... especially considering some of the Ong's Hat stuff that says that the "lemur people" have affected our world at times, including being what were known as the Tuatha de Danaan or "faerie folk" in Ireland.

A gateway to the faerie world would then parallel to the gateway to the other dimension in Ong's Hat.

We may not be thinking big enough. The sufi stuff mentions 7 "alternate" earths. Maybe this is a gate to many worlds.

I hate to say it,

But maybe we're thinking too much.

In all of the Elven Stars I've seen linked the sun doesn't have rays,
and the glyphs on it align with the points of the star.

On the disc image we have the sun has rays, and it and the (at least one)
other visible glyph is BETWEEN the points.

Anyone else been digging into that? I'm having trouble burning the bin/cue
of photoshop I have, and have been unable to get a better look at it.

Thou using ACDsee's moderate editing capabilities, I know that EMBOSS is a good function to get some clarity out of it.

Here's a cleaner image of the disc

I tried to clean the image up some. There isn't alot of detail to work with. There seems to be symbols around the edge, some kind of circle like. There also appears to be an image in the middle of the star. Hope this helps,

Morning all... unregistered lurker here.
Was playing around with the image Wes posgted to get some better quality on the symbols and came up with what looks like morse code when the levels are compressed. Please see attached.

Also, when "black compressed" all that is left are several colord bands 1 pix high. Seems way too regular of a pattern to be video intereference.

Good luck and hope this helps.

I don't know if that's too regular a pattern for a camera as the whole image
had those lines across them from the CCD's. I gotta work, but this might be usefull,

http://www.nerdsrus.com/morse/morseform.html

Set it the image grid to a grid and let us know!

(what I got seemed to be OMEMOEM0EE) but I really need to reinstall photoshop to get a better look at it.

Peace!

As seen in L3 (Landau, Luckman, and Lake), if this is code it could be Morse or binary. Consider both as you move forward.

Here's the binary for text

abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz

...Converts to:

01100001 01100010 01100011 01100100 01100101 01100110 01100111 01101000 01101001 01101010 01101011 01101100 01101101 01101110 01101111 01110000 01110001 01110010 01110011 01110100 01110101 01110110 01110111 01111000 01111001 01111010

00100000 = space
01110111 01101001 01110011 01101000 00100000 = wish
01100100 01101001 01100111 01101001 01110100 01100001 01101100 01101001 01110011 = digitalis

This may be a red herring, but I'll try
