I just wanted to say thanks for the fun, and you did a good job thinking on your feet. The player interaction is a lot of what makes ARGs so fun, from both sides of the curtain, and you had a really good group here. But you also weren't afraid to throw the plot in the trash and go with what your players were creating, which speaks well of you as a PM. Some are afraid to do that, and the sense that a game is 'on the rails' can be very frustrating as a player.

And to the rest of the crew here, thanks for letting me tag along. Ya done good. Worshippy

Thank you. Seriously, you guys... I've had a severe case of warm fuzzies since the first email (responses) came in last night. I was constantly worried that I would let you guys down, and apparently I didn't, and that's... it feels really good.

I'm so glad you guys had fun. AND I'm so glad I managed to pull in such an awesome and enthusiastic bunch of people. Very Happy I look around this board and see games that've been going for weeks that have 5-10 pages on their thread, and we went for FIVE DAYS and have 34 35 pages. You guys really threw yourself into it, and I can guarantee that a lot of awesomeness on my end was just a response to all the effort and energy and excitement you guys poured into it.

Basically, I think we ALL just sort of hit a little mini-ARG jackpot here - you found the right PM and I found the right players for the game, and we ended up with an awesome little interlude from real life that I will look back on fondly for YEARS TO COME.

I think that, from a PM standpoint, at any rate, this is a game that I can look back to and say "I messed up some, sure, but THIS WAS A SUCCESSFUL GAME", and the fact that it's my very first means all the more.

...I ramble when I get all emotional and warmfuzzy. Sorry. Embarassed

So real quick Bixy, was it you that sent me (dietcokeSPLATgmail.com) an email as "dGltZQ dHJhdmVsbGVy" which Base64 decodes to Time Traveller?

Also, Bixy, did some of your inspiration come from the recent Dollhouse "Ditch the Tech" ARG?
