Ok guys, anyone else thinking the four horsemen of the apocolypse?

The red horse was the second, and the only colour the PM left out of his email. if you do them in order of the colour of the horses based on his e-mail adress we get 1,4,3,4,1.

Don't know if this means anything to anyone but i hope it helps.

Edit: Thought 1,4,3,4,1 looked reminiscent of an infinite series. Did the math got -3. Remove the three we get 1,4,4,1. Looks like a ratio. Googled 14:41 Got a passage from a bible. Sent him:

Quote:
1,4,3,4,1
The numbers of your name
with red, two being missing
and three can be disregarded the same.

Mark 14:41
Returning the third time, he said to them, "Are you still sleeping and resting? Enough! The hour has come. Look, the Son of Man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.

After sending that, he responded with:

You're on the right path,
to look in the Bible.
But if I misinterpret it,
Please don't accuse me of libel!

The answer lies in stories,
instead of hidden passages.
But both believers and atheists,
our answer: they can grasp it.

The irony is clear to me,
that nonbelievers might see it,
The answer lies within they're grasp,
in fact, what they believe in!

Three is not the answer,
though I appreciate your rhyme.
Please excuse my ignorance,
I've been very short on time.

The players here are special,
I won't ignore a one.
And if in time I overlook,
please don't forget this pun.

If you don't receieve and answer.
as quick as you would like,
keep sending all your inner thoughts,
I'll reply in due time.

I promise.

I replied:

Quote:
Let me try again, I pray
And I will spell it out
The answer to your riddle may
Never be in doubt

The Bible tells us of fowl
That are abominations
The few that will befoul
among all His creations

The saddest of these birds
Was the lonely swan
James tried to find a word
And besmirched all his spawn

So let me guess once again
and I will count all the fowl
And if your answer is not TWICE OF TEN
I won't throw in the towel

So let's see if it's 20.

Lurked for a while, but thought I'd try my hand on this. It occured to me that ducks may not need to be on the ark so I sent the following...

Quote:
First apologies, for I know I am tardy
so as the subject says, I enter late to the party!
My color is silver, for which theres no rhyme,
Yet all things have numbers, revealed in due time.

Those who came first found in primacy 4,
but your poems continued, they found you sought more.
Of duck (and of floods?) was the next thing you mentioned,
But torrentious water those fowls could survive with no intervention!

In short, this response I hope will make me a hero,
the number you seek... simply 0

I thought "nothing" might also tie in with what he said about the answer being what atheists believe in.

The afterlife?

Though I am late, in this game
I'm a newbie at heart, so I've no shame

I've read 'til now
I'm quite impressed
your rhymes are tricky
but I'm not stressed

I am a Catholic
Through and Through
but I'm playing this because
I've nothing better to do!

So up 'til now
What I've read
Is something Biblical
maybe something dead?

Is the afterlife a clue?
Is there life after death?
Where with Atheists there is nothing,
but with Catholics more than death?

Just got my response

Quote:
0 indeed comes after four!
You're a hero indeed,
Although what's in store,
there's 5 more you need!

40

Not a bad start for me I guess!

Albeit
Figured, "What the heck."

Though it can't be rhymed in the verbal,
my favorite color is purple.
So I can style it,
my choice will be violet
so I won't stress and my hair, proper, pull.

got a response:
Quote:
Blue of the sky, and blue of the sea
Factual blue as far as we see.
Blue of the water, and blue of the air
apart from the atoms, what's really there?

Am I still on the lines of four? "blue of the sky" O 2 , "blue of the sea" H 2 O, 2+2=4?

Well, I responded:
Quote:
A hunch: you speak of Chemistry, I studied it at times.
Writing blues molecularly adds numbers to these rhymes.
Two Hydrogens in water blue, and that could be the score,
but breathing air pairs Oxygen too, which makes my answer four!

time to see if I'm playing catch up, or if my answers are supposed to add on to everyone else. Still pretty new to all this.

Well, he said "apart from the atoms, what's really there?" And, excluding energy, atoms are the only thing that is in the air/water. Apart from atoms, there is... nothing. Hence, the number is 0 (like RhymeReason got). That's my take, anyway.

The next number to seek,

It'll lead you to the place

This shouldn't be too hard,
I think that it's quite fun,
when friends work together,
and are divided by none.

got this

dunno if it's just a general comment or a clue for the enxt puzzle[or a previous one]

i do know, however, ye can't divide by 0

Time

He said 40 right?
And isthatcodeevenworthit got something about the Bible, and how the beginning rhyme said to get a time.
What about 04:00 for time, because he's been giving all these clues?
Any comments?

Good thinking. But time does not nessesary mean a time of the day. It could be a time in history. Like 40 b.c. or something. But give it a shot, you can not be more than wrong.
