While we are taking a small holiday break, it is a good time to get caught up. Some corrections/additions have been made to the transmissions by skyremains on the wiki -

unintelligable parts corrected.

Attached is an imagination of what transmission #28 MIGHT look like - it is just drawn from details given and alot of it guessed.

This reminds me - not that it's a huge deal, especially given the pace of the game so far, but it struck me that "releasing" teams at the same time in each time zone is actually a bit of a disadvantage for the western zones, for whom the appointed hour will always come later than the eastern zones. For example, although it appears that the above schedule is set so that there are 12 hours between each release, ZN5 will actually be released at 5:00 PM PST, just 9 hours after ZN8. ZN6 will then be released at 6:00 AM PST, 13 hours after ZN5 but still only 22 hours after ZN8 (rather than 24 hours); and ZN7 will be released at 7:00 PM PST, 13 hours after ZN6 and 35 hours after ZN8 (rather than 36 hours). Although this results in a uniform advantage for everyone but ZN8 in this case (13 hours ahead of the next team), if the time bonuses are always distributed this way, ZN5, for whom the time will always come earlier in an absolute sense, will always get more of an advantage from being in the first few distributions and less of a disadvantage from being in the later distributions; similarly, ZN8 will always have get less advantage from being first and more disadvantage from being last.

Having said all that, my understanding is that our first check-in will also occur at the same time in every time zone, so everything I just said could be irrelevant. Laughing At any rate, since we're on hiatus atm, I just thought I'd throw it out there. Very Happy
