For the record, there are four recurring dream types. In order on my Me page:
  • Is Someone There? ("Dreams about being watched" and also about mirrors)
  • The Burial of the Dead ("Dreams about the tomb-colonies and other dark places")
  • The Fire Sermon ("Dreams about flames" specifically burning books, it seems)
  • Death by Water ("Dreams of drowning and worse" and about an airship, and the word "north")

I forgot about using the well to increase Nightmares, I'll try that again next time it comes up.

EDIT: I'm fairly certain now that the Second City was Alexandria. We think it might be Egyptian because of the Masters' aversion to talk of both Egypt and the Second City, and if the dream types are connected to cities then burning books would be related to the famous Library.

I focus on the third city right now.
I'm tending towards Iceland but aren't sure about it.

I guess they won't take Rohan as answer... Wink

Lex, did you get a reply from Master Papers about Alexandria?

I'm thinking the Fourth City is Karakorum in Mongolia. Horses, check; silver tree fountain, check.

The Third City seems to point strongly toward Central or South America, but the only place referencing 5 wells I can find is a pretty obscure town called Hopelchen.

Karakorum seems promising!
The third city is probably Zadar in Croatia.

You'll have to present your evidence Igor. Otherwise I'm just gonna say Cucamonga. Cause it's fun to say Cucamonga, that's why.

ancalime said it here and it seems fitting.

But you are right. It is fun to say Cucamonga! ^__^

edit: Now wait, ancalime! First you say Zadar and now Hopelchen? I'm confused! (Just realized, I replied to you on my previous post... Embarassed )

I changed my mind about Zadar...it fits the "five wells" tidbit but "skyglass" (obsidian, presumably) knives? Cinnabar beads and granite idols? Those say Central/South America more to me.

Cinnabar beads and granite idols make me think Asia, actually. The icon looks like one of these, but isn't:

I'm thinking Toltec...

Here's a better look than on the bazaar page. Makes me think again about that... Nice 'stache.

I have now! To quote...

I'm taking that as confirmation.

I got some cool gold outined cards today. One was about a love I left on the surface, so now I have a connection to the surface as well as my now being ruthless. The other had to do with my helping people or something and I am now magnanimous.

What is the deal with the gold framed cards? I have one right now but since it says it is "an almost impossible challenge" for my level I am just holding it for now.
