 		Yeah, I tried that one too. No luck.
Tried cropping the one with the bombers down to just the center circle. No luck with that either. Bah.

 		I edited my last post.

Anyway, I feel like I've seen the second picture before, without the smoky frame effect. Or I've seen part of it somewhere. A woman holding a cup of poison, with fumes that produce a skull. The thing next to her looks like ET's head. I'm really not sure at all what to make of it.

During The War of the Roses the House of Lancaster were the red roses. Margaret of Anjou was their Red Queen. Am unsure though whether you are supposed to find a 2nd Lancaster Queen or search The House of York, the white roses, for an opposing warring Queen there.

 		picture descriptions
looking at when Vlad puts things up - he's set up a Macro to do it atr certain times - anyhting in this - just grasping at straws but think numbers have a lot to do with this.
oh and the nonogram thing - it's 8x8 right? like a chess board?
where was the site you got for it?

last thing wanted to know as I'm confused with everyone uploading images - are we supposed to put them onto the wiki or here?

I'm sure the numbers mean something, but, like most of what Vlad does/says, it's pretty unclear as to what exactly it means. Yes, the nonogram was 8x8. I googled "Nonogram solver" and plugged the numbers in (couldn't get the site amandel linked to work).

I only uploaded the pictures here because I'm the only Queen currently participating. I'm the only one who has access to that particular album and it just made sense.

The elegant Tulip Stairs in the Queen's House are the first geometric self-supporting spiral stairs in Britain. Although called the 'Tulip Stairs,' it is thought that the stylized flowers in the wrought-iron balustrade are actually fleurs-de-lis, as this was the emblem of the Bourbon family of which Queen Henrietta Maria (wife of Charles I) was a member. The Tulip Stairs are also the location of the Rev R. W. Hardy's famous 'ghost' photograph taken on 19 June 1966, which when developed revealed what appear to be two or three shrouded figures onthe staircase.

I think it's a tulip in the background, but I'm having trouble I'ding it.

If you have wiki skills, do both Smile. Putting it here brings it to our attention as something new, and putting it on the wiki (and making a relevant section for it on the Puzzles page) puts it somewhere for easy reference so if we want to look at it again we don't have to figure out what page of this forum thread it was on.

Also, my life is now busy again now that school is back in session, so I won't be able to update the wiki as frequently as I did during winter break. I think my last wiki update brought it up to speed with partway through page 31 of this forum thread...feel free to jump in and help document what has happened since then! The Timeline and Puzzles pages will be updated the most.

If you are afraid of breaking it, just hit "Preview" after doing your edits & you'll be able to see if the page will look right. Using ideas from sections that have already been completed will help; for example, you might notice I often put a certain complicated <br> tag (I tried pasting the whole thing here, but the forum won't display it even in code brackets, grr...but it has a style characteristic in the tag) before image links so that each section of text will appear only beside the relevant picture rather than all together at the top, and I put that tag at the end of each section so the horizontal line for the next section starts off on a new line & not partway through the picture (and so the new section's text doesn't appear beside the previous section's pictures, which is very confusing). Indenting quotes from characters is also helpful (or, if they're short, just making sure to put quotation marks around them), to distinguish the quote itself from any discussion trying to "solve" that quote that might follow it.

Do what I did to get in good with Vlad at first. Give information, but, edited, skewed tidbits and nothing of massive importance. If JPW is looking for information, and is going as far as to contact random strangers instead of pulling strings with in his organization or it's connections, I'm sure one of two things is at play. Either 1. No one likes him, and the guy can't pull any strings. or 2. He doesn't know shit, and he wouldn't know the false information is false.

This has been a game of words for the most part. Bending them, using double meanings, ect. Follow suit and do a bit of it to JPW.

Also did a bit of thinking on the morse code. Maybe the _ wasn't for it's morse code counterpart, but rather a blank to be filled. Also, some of those 'Macro' messages had dashes in them. I think if we take the messages in the order they were posted from midnight on, and use them for the blanks, we may find something.

 		Seems like someone went and started crap with PM over the name. =/

Any way, that C= hint.. the equation on that map was c-m=m+56, but not "C=".
When I did a search for "C=" on google, I got their calculator thing as my first response, with "the speed of light = 299 792 458 m / s".

So, are we looking for something to do with the speed of light?

 		Just got home from work for a bit. Haven't checked my FB or email yet, so I"m sure this will be edited very soon, lol.

As for the image, I haven't run it through tineye yet. I'll invert (revert?) it in GIMP and try it out.

Also, can someone please re-link the Wiki for me? I forgot to bookmark it and I have no idea what page it was originally posted it. Sad

As for the Dept. 18 stuff, I can't imagine anyone actually thinking it was a real Dept. 18. All correspondence has said Dept .18.

I was prepared to edit with info from Claire or V, but they've both been silent. Usually on early in the morning where I'm at (EST) and nothing. V did post a cryptic comment on one of her statuses last night, if no one else saw.
