Does someone know the Op-Card "A rather decadent evening" and if it's worth using?

Here's the flavor text:

A select occasion. But if you can get an invite, the wine and honey should be flowing freely.

To unlock, you need Connected: Bohemian 5.

The gold-bordered cards seem to be parts of a few extended stories that then show up in your Me page under Story, like the dreams.

So far I've seen a few:
* I forget what the original was, but it starts "investigating a trade in Souls"
* A group of urchins being rounded up/captured (might be related to the first)
* A heart card which talks about you having left an admirer on the surface, which starts "Recalling the Surface" (mine is ": Persuasive" but I'm guessing if you pick other options it will focus on other qualities)
* Cards related to the Eater-of-Chains, which starts "marked by the Eater-of-Chains"

...speaking of the Eater-of-Chains (which I would love to have as a companion even more than a Malevolent Monkey or Overgoat), has anyone succeeded at the first encounter with it? Do you still get marked?

So, I had a short conversation with Mr. Pages about looking for a good read, and he suggested a princess' diary. The next Opportunity card I drew was, in fact, something about a princess' diary. Coincidence or no? Have any of you had this card, and if so, what does it do? My Watchfulness isn't high enough for me to succeed in whatever it does.

EDIT: After looking into the previous cities a bit more, I think that Zadar would be a good guess for the 3rd one. It's the first thing that comes up on Google when you search for "five wells" outside of ranches and credit unions. It looks like the Square of Five Wells is a somewhat well known area in Zadar, and according to Wikipedia, the Adriatic region has "serene summers" weather-wise.

Also, I'm a hop away from getting 8 Nightmares, and I've got another card that will push me up there. I'm debating whether or not I should do it, just to see what happens.

The princess' diary has never given me anything but cryptic secrets, but I haven't played one in a while because they're "straightforward" for me now. Probably it would make for some interesting bedtime reading...

Has anyone asked @Mr_Eaten for his name? I'm waffling between asking him for that and asking him for a stick which which the Eater-of-Chains would play fetch.

Interestingly, I finally have a good incentive to get something from Mr Eaten. One of my dream cards (that apparently unlocked at dream level 7, but my Nightmares haven't been high enough until now to get it) has an option that requires Unaccountably Peckish. So now I've made a deal for some sneaky shoes, and hopefully once I have them I'll be able to unlock that option.

Two things:
1) I has my Mr Eaten item. Now to sign up for K&C, kick a little ass, and run up this dream... once I'm out of exhausted mode.
