Research Questionnaire for ARG Players

Hi, my names Oliver and I recently did a dissertation on ARGs for my university course. Firstly I want to say thanks so much to everyone who filled in my questionnaire for this. The dissertation took a lot of work but it seems to be pretty good, so I'm really grateful to everyone that helped.

My tutor has suggested the possibility of developing the dissertation into a academic article for presenting or publishing, however in order to do this we would need to gather even more responses, so I am re-opening the questionnaire for anyone who hasn't already completed the questionnaire the first time around.

For anyone that has not done the questionnaire yet please help me, the questionnaire is online at www.survey.leeds.ac.uk/args it only takes a few minutes and I would appreciate responses from anyone who has ever played an ARG. Hopefully with your help this may become published! So please give it a go.

Many Thanks Everyone
Oliver Wade

Hi Emile,
Thanks very much for doing the survey, sorry I couldn't get back to you after your last message, I've just moved house and don't have internet yet.

It's good to see you're back on the forums though, have you found a new game or are you going to pick up Junko where you left off?

Thanks again for doing the survey, you're a star. Smile

Hi again,
The survey is going well, I don't know what it will show for definite yet, but the results look like they are supporting my theory so far. I still need forty more results though and am almost out of time, so if you know anyone that might be able to answer it that would be really helpful.

I was wondering what makes you choose to play a game? What makes it seem interesting?
Anyway I hope you find a good game soon, happy hunting. Very Happy

Hi everyone I'd just like to make another plea for people to fill out the questionnaire. It's still open for a couple of weeks longer so please give it a go!
