Okay, so crazy theories from the latest update:

1) Lynch is a prime SOB with an excellent evil laugh and I cannot wait for him to get 'unzipped' as the Little Sisters would say.

2) Apparently he's had some form of contact or knowledge of the escaped Little Sisters, maybe he knows about Jack? That is if we're going with the good ending. Although if that's the case I doubt any L.S. (who hasn't gone back to Rapture to be a Big Sister) would sell Jack out.

3) 2K just loooves stringing us along don't they?

4) Nice little Sherlock Holmes nod there with the confrontation at Reichenbach. (For those of you who are unfamiliar, that was where Holmes and Moriarty met their ends in battle with one another. At least until popular pressure forced Doyle to bring Holmes back from the dead.)

Just a side note, is it confirmed that "a friend" is Lynch? I mean, there was a note tucked in the book but 2K's pulled less believable stunts than having someone somehow slipping a letter in the book without anyone noticing.

Side side note, wouldn't it be sweet if Jack came back to bust some heads in the end of the game? That'd be a sweet twist, the big sister has you pinned down at the end and then a slug just blows her away, and Jack's just standing there in the Captain Morgan stance.

Called the phone number. Message from Stango on it, saying Lutwidge might be contacting the order of the Pawns. Wonder if new messages will be on the line after the story progresses. I have also been thinking, though it seems quite obvious. The lighthouse mentioned in the book must be one of the Rapture points. I just don't see any words that could be used.

Same, I looked up Phantom Lighthouse but there were no results. I assume that the story OOL is interested in is the one about traveling to specific points before entering Rapture to avoid security systems; didn't he mention that earlier in the story? I guess now that the bathysphere that Jack took is all messed up whoever gets to the lighthouse first is going to have a hell of a lot more trouble actually getting into the city than Jack did.

Okay, here's my theory: Sooner or later, we are going to be able to open up Lynch's book to another page and find the five-letters-or-less word we're supposed to put into the box. Or, better yet, it will be somewhere on the map under that damn letter Lynch put into the book, which Mark will soon take away and we will see.

Jack was only able to get in because of his genetic signature. He was Ryan's son so he was able to use them without tripping the security system.

Yes that's true, but I'm saying that even if Mark or Lynch could use it, it's not going to be there. Remember the splicer in the beginning which tears it up? That means that there going to have to get creative in order to get in, as well as having to figure out the path in order to pass the security system that Ryan I guess set up.

Hmm, there's a newspaper clipping. On it is a picture of Tollevue, with a caption, "Initial police reports suggested that the missing patient may have had an accomplice in the breakout, but no other patients are missing. Police are investigating the whereabouts of a visiting Irish psychiatrist who toured the facility earlier yesterday."

Gee, I wonder who that could be...

So Lynch broke Lutwidge out? That was stupid of him, I feel like O.O.L. doesn't treat him as much of a companion anymore, and rather as either an enemy or a puppet.
