I_hate_you is up. It goes just before tack_hammer.

It shows that Aiden didn't know about Hiro. And it shows that Hiro is not that smart .... Razz

And Kamal reverts to an accent that he normally hides. He is kind of stressed by the situation, and it slips out.

Hiro is about as dumb as Grif or Caboose also. Smile

Listening to exclusive-license, I can't help but think of Jersey as that Baldwin guy in the movie Sliver... lol

Ok, so i_hate_you comes right before tack_hammer. Aiden figures out Kamal had a "backup plan" but Kamal doesn't figure out that Aiden set him up. This still makes me wonder if Jersey will now contact Kamal to warn him.

[WILD SPEC]

Why is Durga so interested in Kamal? Well, if she is a reflection of Melissa, who is from the future of Jersey's timeline, but now exists in ours (the past for both) then she may be interested in him because he will do something important in Jersey's future. (Melissa's past) Durga does not have access to Melissa's actual memories, but she has a subconscious awarness of them. She feels compelled to look at Kamal and does so because Melissa knows he is an important character. The Paradox will be if he only becomes involved because Jersey contacts him, which only happens because Durga brought him to Jersey's attention, which she only did because she knew he would be involved. MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

This also brings up the possibility that Melissa intentionally mirrored herself as Durga and sent that mirror to the future. Perhaps Durga is her voice.

Trout? Drunken babling? Interesting possibility?

I don't think he's reverting to some accent, that was the joke punchline Kamal and Sophia were laughing about in guilty.wav last week. The both said the line with an accent so I think it goes with the joke.

Yeah, I agree with you there. He was revisiting the joke.

Right is now live.

So now we know jan had no knowledge of what the cop was going to do, besides that she was suppsoed to be at the corner.

this comes right before standard procedure and right after (not sure it's one of the files not live but posted earlier)

At least now we have confirmation of what she was supposed to be doing.

What is up with "not me, but another dog that looks just like me"??? And why the Russian accent???

I've never heard the phrase before ILB. It doesn't even appear to be a Russian idiom (based on a few searches I've done; if you're very familiar with Russian and I'm wrong, please correct me!). And yet it seems like one can reasonably expect everyone in the future to know this idiom, or joke, or whatever it is...

Prob a Popular saying, popular movie hacker slang, perhaps a famous figure when there was like an attack (that would be funnt). Hey I know what the fast forward sound is from, Ejnkins head set in Halo 1, MC Fast forwarded his helmet recorder, lol not that it helps.

Having no boss today, I decided to venture out and hit the Los Angeles Axon for 4:59 p.m. It was quite a drive that ended up at the Sunset Ranch, a horse ranch in the hills around the Hollywood sign. I had to park my car and walk up a ways to the buildings.

The only pay phone I saw was attached to the front of stables, surrounded by "cowboys."

I walked up and asked if there were any other pay phones around.

"Nope."

So I asked if that pay phone accepted incoming calls.

"Yep. It's our business line."

I told them that I was expecting it to ring at 4:59 p.m. They looked at me kinda strange, so I explained that it was part of a game. One of the girls perked up.

"Halo 2."

Yeah.

"My boyfriend's into all that. I know I'm gonna lose him on November 9th."

The girl and I had a nice little chit chat (I had 15 minutes until the phone was gonna ring). It was her first day there. She was just lending a hand, didn't really know everybody yet. Then I listened to the "cowboys" talk about how Ralph Machio from the Karate Kid looked just like the girl from Flashdance.

Finally the phone rang. No one moved, so I picked it up. Before I could get the receiver to my ear, one of the "cowboys" whoaed me and took it.

"Hello. Can I help you?" Pause. "Can I help you?" Pause. Then he hung up. "Some kind of recording."

He went off talking about telemarketers and how with their recordings you can hang up all the sooner, completely oblivious to the conversation I'd had with him fifteen minutes earlier about expecting a call.

I glanced at the girl I'd been talking to, and she gave an "I'm sorry" look.

So I strolled back down to my car.

Now I'm 0/3. I'd tell the PM's to give up on that number.
