You know, I thought I was going crazy for a bit because I saw it be 2 different things. For whatever reason (I've NEVER seen twitter do this) it's cutting the message off. I guess because there are no spaces?

I hit Ctrl+A to select the whole page and posted it into a word document to see the full message. How trippy.

And now we know he's not a gamejack.

That's definitely the whole message, it wasn't cut off this time (sorry for all that confusion earlier). It's not a rotation, it's not base64. I asked him if it was like Isaac's ciphers, no response yet.
