I'm thinking more and more that J is dealing with a cult of some type. He's forgetting things, having a hard time thinking for himself. That combined with all the religious imagery make me think there's a cult of Slendy out there.

All the religious imagery. ...What? I don't recall any.

Holy crap. /agree that J needs to open those doors. IMO, he should have done it the first time he was there, but that wouldn't have advanced the plot, I suppose. =P

Awesome! I can't wait to see him go to the house during the day! I wonder if there will still be shit everywhere, or if totheark will organize it to look like it did in Entry #20. That'd be fuckin' creepy.

I really hope J doesn't go in and Alex is there and he's like "LOL J WHERE WERE YOU WE'RE FILMING TODAY" SERIES OVER.

Well, while we're all sitting patiently, dicking around until a new Tweet is posted, maybe it'd be best if people posted more theories?

What theories have been posted relating to water? I've seen that totheark's 'theme' is water, given his name and the themes of several of his pieces. Is there anything else? What about the sound distortion about the creek?

Also wondering: has anybody taken into account totheark's choice of subject matter being things that film students would be familiar with? It could mean that Alex is masky after all, given that Tim was 'just a friend of Brian's' rather than, apparently, a film student along with Alex and Jay. Either that, or the PM's making this game ARE film students and made the choices for totheark subconsciously using an expanded vocabulary that PM's not as versed with film might not have?

I'm not buying 'his head is round like a baseball, he has to be X!'... things could be muddled around for that.

I was just reading some of the new things on the wiki, and one thing in general really irked me. The fact that it says Tim is 'almost certainly the enigmatic figure known as TTA'. Um, we don't know that for sure, really.

Exactly. It should say Tim is 'amost certainly the enigmatic figure known as MM'. There's way more clues pointing to that. At this point, I'm still thinking that MM and TTA are probably different people/entities.

Tim and MM have the same jacket. I think that is one of the biggest clues we've gotten in the entire series.

I'll call it now.
Tim is Alex, TTA is Slendy, Slendy is secretly Brian, Jay is really an android. That Android runs on marble, and produces hornet shaped excrement. The Alex we see (who is really Tim.) Is the real Alex, but, tim skinned him and is wearing him as a suit. Seth is really a spy, and is sappin Jay's sentries.

Any way, a real thought.

Assume everyone IS part of some group trying to get Jay back to them, so they can combat Slendy somehow. Why wouldn't they just send him a card.
"Hey, Jay. Y'know that thing that raped Seth and everyone confused a pipe for him? Yeah. Well, we gots a way to fight him. Oh yeah, and we have pizza. Meetings are at 10, in mom's basement."

Instead of being all cryptic?. I mean, really, if they're all being stalked by Slendy any way, what does it matter if they are point blank with what they say? Why risk his mental (and possibly physical health) instead of telling him, or putting a bag over his head and dragging him away to safety?

Also, I'm still wondering where the hell the bullet casing comes in to play. It's one of those things that's unneeded in the story, but was given enough spotlight to become important in some way. Chekhov's gun has been stated before. And, I would think they would realize showing it means they have to do something with it. Why else would it have been included, only to be stolen?

To the "Ark"...Alex's crown of thorns-like bleeding in Entry 14...and...uhm...the fact that being stalked by a guy in suit reminds me of Jehovah's witnesses? There seemed like more than that at the time. Probably looking too far into it. Embarassed

Although judging by your avatar you, like me, are a vet of the Cloverfield ARG, so looking too far into things should be par for the course Razz
