This. I didn't find Paranormal Activity scary becasue I kept thinking how much better it would be with Slender Man.
You know you watch to much MH when you start referring to those awkward, socially inept, vaguely creepy people that always tag along with your frienship group as 'Slender ___'. Nearly every social circle has one. For me, it's Slender Alex. "Oh god, who invited Slender Alex..." Even the non-MH watchers use it now.

You know you watch too much Slender Man when you watch this animated video and you immediately think "oh god, five Slender Men?! GAH!"
Maybe the ones who fell off fell into the real world. Greedy vindictive bastards just want their music back.

You sure you didn't find it scary because it was just plain shit?
I've seen scarier things on the front lawn when my neighbor's dog decided it likes my yard better...
That movie was such garbage that I wanted to demand my $10.50 back.
I mean, I've seen better acting on PBS. I've seen a better plot come out of a kid's book report.

I worded that wrong, lul. It wasn't scary, but it would have been if it was Slendy sneaking around rather than powder footprints.

You know you watch too much MH when you've started sleeping with a knife, heavy-ass flashlight, and $20 under your pillow, and sleep on the couch in front of the flat-screen tv because when it's turned off, it's as good as a huge mirror and you can see the entire rest of the room. Like hell I'm getting snuck up on!
I sleep with $20 and a pocket knife in my bra. xD

Good god, woman (or unsettling endowed man), make sure that knife secures safely! We really don't want to hear about the Case of the Missing Nipple!

Masky is adorable though.
Yes, I might get startled if I saw him, but he just wants to cuddle I'm sure.

The fact that your bedroom window is on the second floor of the house only makes this worse.
I'm right there with ya!
You know you watch too much MH when you look outside at a lamp post at night and expect Slendy to be there.
You know you watch too much MH when you fill an entire AP practice test (to turn in) with pictures of slender man, various phrases from the series (Don't Run, Sees me), the OX symbol, and finally, to top it off on the back, the entire "sees me at the tower" picture from memory.

You know you watch too much MH when you find yourself doing this on Facebook with your friends...
(I'm SM. My best friend there is Masky. I also would like to thank the artist for the picture I'm using. I love that drawing.)
And now I go back into hiding.

You know you watch too much MH when you do this to your school notebook cover....
It's not complete, and there's some innaccuracies/non-MH things, but I did get alot of questions about it and Slenderman. I'm also fairly sure I looked like a madwoman cutting out strips of paper with MH references and muttering to myself while I made this thing.
Also, you know you watch too much MH when you turn down an invitation to a party because you might miss a MH development if you go.
