First time posting after following this madness for a good four months now. I finally feel like I have some points to bring up that haven't already been talked about.

1. Judging by the light coming through the blinds from outside, it was daytime when this was filmed. Therefore it isn't going to be that much safer for Jay to go to the house during the day, because somebody is waiting for him. Pacing.

2. The door looks like a cupboard to me. Like a linen cabinet or something.

3. The resolution looks so weird to me. Is there any way to check and see if there is actually an overlapped video, maybe of a face? Something about the left side of the screen (while the figure is walking in front of the blinds) looks facelike to me. Or that there is more to it than static.

When I watch the video, it looks to me like there are two figures. The figure in the first 20 seconds or so looks like a person, maybe Alex or Brian; then when it cuts at around :22, it's obviously Slenderman.

What's up with the weird color and static stuff? Is it extremely bad Slendy distortion, or is totheark trying to hide something from us/Jay?

'We shouldn't be left in the dark' -> I'm pretty sure that this is what the series is about: peeling back the layers of 'left in the dark' until we begin to see things more clearly. It's a method of storytelling.

On the other hand, I would love to see your video responses edited so that they're not quite so leeeengthy with draaawn ouuuut draaaawling. X3 More speculation on the series and less RAGE; that's what we've got the rage thread for, right?

Now on to more TL;DR:

Re: water as transportation - in some myths, creatures from death or hellish realms can't cross running water. Slender man may even be held to this sort of stalling method; maybe that's why the stopped up stream gave off sound distortion? Perhaps it being stopped up was his doing IG? IF totheark is trying to help in his own convoluted brain-nugget sort of way, perhaps all of the oblique references to water are to put the idea in Jay's head that it's a legit way to defend himself?

Those are all some seriously big what-ifs, and I wouldn't have Jay trust his life on carrying a super soaker around (though it would be serious lulz if he did! And, rambling on, the bullet casing might be reference to 'guns won't work, but think of other gun-like objects! ')... I'm looking way too hard at this. XD

Re: the gliding TO THE PUPPET MASTERS (if you're quietly reading this) If you have need of making Slender Man look all smooth-walking that's not in direct light, if you can get your hands on a rolly-bed from an auto repair shop (you know, the really low flatbeds with wheels on the bottom? They might even have one or two at the college gymnasium or Residence... I know we have seen a couple around ours!) it will both increase SM's height a touch and give him a smoother gait -- you just need to attach a rope to the contraption and have another crew member pull it along. Worth a thought unless you're getting too close to the end!

Also, blood speckles leading from the locked room: do you guys suspect that we're going to find a dead body in there, a la Walter from Silent Hill 4? Maybe somebody locked themselves in there to die after some serious (self inflicted? Or SM inflicted?) wound. O_o

And that definitely does look like Slendy pacing and waiting in broad daylight in Admission. :\ Poor Jay.

Well, he posted his tweet yesterday around noon, his time, so chances are that he left shortly after (in which case oh god, he's been MIA overnight!) or he's heading out today some time soon. I hope he leaves us a note right before he leaves.
