Mrs. Jones,
I looked up those numbers for you. One of them, 82703, returned no results
18503: Unmarked Container
40275: Unmarked Container
91923: Unmarked Container
I apologize, but we can't provide better results than that. We respect our customers' privacy, and do not open containers without specific instructions to do so. Therefore, we base our data on the labels found on said containers. Those were unlabelled, so we don't know what was in them.
Again, I am sorry I could not find what you were looking for.
Damn. Anyone have any suggestions?[/quote]

Kevin dreams of a small golden box- doesn't sound like much of a shipping container.
What is the destination for the unmarked containers? Citavoni? where is that?

So it's not impossible, they just want something from the customer. Could we doctor up an official looking authorization?

Oooh, I hadn't thought of that. If someone can doctor one, I'll send it off - I worry it'll tip our hand though.

Knocked up the attached Internal Memo based on ndermeter's savy idea. Have sent AltumCorp. an explanatory email asking for copies of the original shipping documentation. **fingers crossed at my misspelling Citavoni **

A no dice double. Thought I shd post it asap for the ctc details and in case someone else was busy "doctoring" a document.

Unfortunately, all such documentation, apart from the items being entered into our shipping database, was requested to be sent along with the packages via special instruction. We hope this will not affect your doing business with us, as your company is a highly valued customer.

Wow, never would have thought about that key.. It might be something else too, but I agree on cipher technique, it sure looks like it.

Update At Drop.io: "it.png" Agree, jasper. Maybe a pattern is emerging? The QR code lead to Ghadhean's query string *eureka*.

the it.png points at sea. Sea -> See it?
Now last message was bring it down and now see it.
I think we need to get elevated access to website, perhaps we should go back to the receipt and investigate that some more.

The latest at drop.io is "hack.png" which contains 3 hidden letter strings. Got very lucky trying to crack it as a one time pad .
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
key is simply "f"
message is: bring abtumcorp down. My guess is 'Altumcorp"
Wondering if there is another solve for this and will leave all the clever plotting to you guys. G'nite y'all.

To further interactions with AltumCorp, I sent an email requesting a corporate account. Hope this avenue bears fruit. I'll keep you posted.
BTW if anyone else pursues this avenue, don't perpetrate like your from "the Hotmail Corporation" (lame I know, but how else do I explain a spate of emails from a hotmail address?), it will only confuse them and blow my cover.
Cheers
