Well, it may not have much to do with the plot, but "head feeling liquefied" is usually a symptom of sinusitis. This may give us some insight on how slenderman makes his victims (or, prey) sick. Also, this may note that Jay is now becoming sick like Tim (coughing and such) and Masky (who apparently has random full-body spasms).

Have said this before, the only person we've any proof that Slenderman was stalking is Alex. In fact, we could even take Return as proof of Slendy not stalking J since when he enters that hallway he turns away from the helpless J. Even if we do assume J being stalked, though, we have no reason to believe that that means Tim being stalked except that they have the sickness in common - a sickness that Alex never showed sign of, and he was most definitely being stalked.

The only common factor between J and Alex, in fact, is memory loss, and all of these cases were caused by Slenderman being around because he was after Alex - the only exception to this, though, is Return but as stated earlier Slenderman still didn't seem to be after J in that video, so his reason for being there is still a bit unknown.

 		Well, it was pretty obvious that, for whatever reason, he "had" Jay. Jay was obviously under Slenderman's power.

EDIT: Also, if Slenderman really wanted to kill Jay, or anyone else, it probably wouldn't be a stalking matter.

 		The "How did I get here?" tweet suggests he woke up back at home. Twitter tells you where the tweet came from, and his one says "web", whereas the Tweet-trail before Entry #21 were from "txt" - meaning he was texting the tweets.

"Web" means he must be at home, or at the very least near a computer with web access. Otherwise, that was a major slipup by the producers.

I have no doubt in my mind that he's home. Why would he try to get footage off of his camera if he wasn't?
