If we do identify certain code words - or, hell, them all - what will we do with them? Right now there doesn't seem an awful lot to do. They're almost all nouns at the moment, so forming a sentence/haiku/etc is impossible... Decoding combined wavs has been tried but the results weren't usable in any form, though I'm still trying to find out how likely it is that we got results at all. Dana hints at the words revealing future predictions. But that's what we already have. Perhaps in the (real) future, we'll have more direction.

I have tried finding key words in the files, thought about how the names could flow together, thought about how the names could interact with all the files when they are combined, tried to drop certain letters out of the words I came up with to form new words, but none of that yielded anything productive.

I kind of get the feeling that the titles are really arbitrary. They feel to me like how I would come up with a name for a subject for an e-mail or something like that. They tend to be a word that is a center for the topic in that wave file.

Some people mentioned that the "magic words" should really stand out to us, such as, "reflected", "bees", "sting", and so on. I feel that these would have more meaning, and wouldn't need decoding.

Like when Dana and her mom would play, they'd be listening to conversations and certain words would just pop out at them.
She's trying to tell us that when we listen to these conversations from the wave files, these certain words should be popping out.
I think she was hinting that through Melissa (and the wav files), we're evesdropping on what's going on in the future.
More on this here.
