I'm with Telos on this. I don't want to break the fourth wall but I have -incredibly- good reasons to believe that this is half "I can take my time because I want to" and half "I'm an artist and this has to be better".

I'd share my reasoning but I don't want to piss anyone off. The video may in fact not show up until 3:30 am my time.

 		I was lucky enough not to have been checking until after the "Oh, three hours now" thing, having read that tweet and seeing below it "About 20 mins" I thought "Ooooh, unfiction guys gonna be maaaaad." Very Happy

He's totally screwing with us now, it hardly advances the plot in any way to make us wait 3 hours, and even if it did, saying it'll be 20 minutes and then changing it certainly doesn't. I guess we whined a lil' too much.

I wasn't going to say this but the rumor mill goes on and on and on...

he's probably still re-editing. anyone who has editing digital video can know this is a daunting task at the best of times - imagine having 30+ thousand people view your video each time you put one out... you'd be a perfectionist too.

Remember 19.5? I doubt they want a repeat of that.

That entry ALSO had the paper that convinced Jay to go to the tower so it was somewhat important.

Because it's not ACTUALLY a three hour upload. He probably just wanted to make some last minute adjustments.
