 		He went to the house in the daytime and yet when he goes through the door at 2:50 all of a sudden its night.

I don't think he chose to go to the basement, more like wound up there through some weird space/time warp thingy.

Anyway, just because Jay says he's quitting in-game doesn't mean he actually will. I feel like if Slender Man is after you, just saying "I'm done with this" won't stop him from showing up outside your house, a la Entry #1.

When he first went, it was daytime. He didn't expect a freaky maze-time-space-warp thing. To lots of people, daytime means safety.

 		I understand that, but Christ, he has been in danger both times he had gone, it would be stupid to assume that it would be safe at any poin of the day, especially since the house would be dark regardless due to lack of power.

 		Perhaps Jay will take on another point of view and go on the offensive after Masky/Slenderman. Hopefully he'll round up his posse and send out a snatch squad.

So, does anyone else like the theory that the mask hanging outside of the room Jay woke up in signifies that he "is" Masky (not the only one, but at least a guy running around in a mask under Slenderman's will). There could be many Maskies.

So how, exactly, would you react if your friend called you up one day and had this to say:

"So hey, what's up , man? Yeah, I know...I've been acting weird lately...sorry about that. Anyway, need a big favor. I think I might be getting stalked by this really tall faceless dude who might have tentacles for arms and this other guy who wears a white mask and creeps on me while I sleep...What's that?...How do I know?...Oh, well I've been taping myself constantly for weeks now. Anyway...I think these dudes all hang out at this creepy house and I TOTALLY wanna check it out but for obvious reasons I don't wanna go alone...who would right? So you think you could do me a solid and give me a ride there to make sure I don't end up the subject of some creepy Hentai video?"

I doubt your response would be "Oh yeah totally, I should be able to get it off work!"

I have a feeling Jay is scared of dragging his friends into this mess, and worried that they're gonna find him a little cuckoo. I know he has the Youtube vids...but, yeah. I'm having a hard time seeing anyone want to accompany Jay on his journey.

I don't think he went to the basement on his own accord. Watch the video again. He keeps going through the same doors in a weird manner - like someone mentioned being close to something you'd expect in Silent Hill or something. I don't even think that 'basement' is physically connected to the house, or at least not obviously. He was 'transported' there, whether by physical means, or crazy slendy-powers.

If you pause it when masky is looking around the corner at Jay when he is in the bathroom, you can see the same brown coat that he is always wearing. I'm sticking with the one masky theory, possibly because I couldn't handle the idea that there could be multiple masky's. One could be watching me. Shocked

I think Alex tried that. Remember in 16 how he found the bullet casing? I'm guessing it didn't work so well.

I agree, first thing i though when i saw that part in the vid, (only watched it one time) was that he seemed to be going in circles, for example one of the puzzles in recent zelda games is you have to go a certain way or you get sent back to the start of the area. J stepped into that room and all of a sudden started going in circles. Also, im wondering what is up with all the broken stuff on the floor. (please note, i watched the video with almost no sound and with only half the video showing)

*raises hand* I would go with Jay. But that's probably because I feel bad for him and want to hug him. Also, I lol'd at the Hentai line. Because what else are Slendy's Tentacles for?

But yeah, if I was in Jays' shoes, I wouldn't want to get anyone else involved, I'd be afraid they would get hurt. I am, on the other hand, disappointed that he wants to give up. I don't think Alex would want him to give up at trying to at least find out what happened to him.

I can't believe that nobody warned Brian about building his house out of the Lost Woods. Ridiculous.

 		Trying to get onto chatroulette, by the way, but I seem to be having problems. I keep getting a blank white screen that says 'flash player installation' in the title of the browser. What should I be seeing when I first log into the page?

Am I maybe using the wrong URL? http://www.chatroulette.com ?

Sorry for the off topic, but I think I'd be willing to slop through the dorky shock-grabbers in order to talk about marble hornets thoughts in person. I'm confused that I can't get the damned site to load or work from the getgo, though!
