Anyone notice that Slendy finally seemed to use his tentacles at this? Slow it down when he seems to stretch his hand at Jay, there's some wirey looking stuff over his head. Jay looks right at it, then the camera gets wiped.

That the abandoned building and the house are the same place.

Okay, so we know for a fact that slendy can manipulate time/space. So, I'm starting to think that slendy has been messing with Jay's mind this whole time. Hence the "I'm beginning to lose track of what day it is" tweet. This is significant because I think he lost track of time because slendy teleported him back in time.
When Jay enters the house, it is unlocked, it had been locked both times before. Also, the house just looks in better condition. There is less paper on the floor, the couch is normal, and more importantly the blood is gone from the sink. I think slendy sent him to a point in the house's past. Because it looks like to me, that masky was surprised he was there. He seemed very curious when he looked around the door.
Now, I think that entry 22/ the end of 23 are the house in the future. It's been abandoned for years, the pipes and heaters are exposed. It's been burned, etc.

It's a stretch, but I'm posting it anyway.
