My first impressions on this are as follows.

"The following are raw footage excerpts from Alex Kralie."
This indicates to me that, judging from the video's contents, Alex is insane. And/or just incredibly creepy. The Masky-head-dancing leads me to believe that Alex must be either Masky, or TTA, or as I chose to believe, both, since in my opinion Masky and TTA are the same person/being.

Also, the things written in the video, such as "Stay home" and "Be Alone" indicate to me that ToTheArk is somewhat taunting Jay, almost saying something like "Yeah, go ahead, try to run away from all this. You're alone in this, and I can most certainly come to you, if you're going to stop coming to me".

Also, as an afterthought, did it look like the person in the Masky mask was almost dazed the first time we see them, when they're moving their head around? It looked like the person behind the mask was just coming to conciousness. And then the next time we see the Mask on someone, the eyes look almost panicked to me. Maybe I'm just being weird?

Even thought I hate it, it is fun...

Speculation: The only characters we've seen so far with hair that short are Seth and Jay. Possibly Alex. If e23 was shot three years ago like the rest of the MH footage, then Seth's hair would've grown by now.

Unless he decided to get a haircut in a rare moment of clarity. "Hey, the voices have gone away. First thing's first: Better cut this shit off."

So...

~ e23 is way old. Masky in Warning is Jay, maybe Alex (this is raw footage by Alex, not necessarily presented by Alex (in response to raelyn's comment). As a matter of fact, Jay has all of Alex's raw footage-- at least from MH... I'm leaning toward Jay.)

~ e23 is way new. Masky in Warning is Seth (the Operator, and possibly chillin' with Alex, assuming he's been brought into the Slenderfold, is another Masky, etc.), Jay (has Alex's tapes, may be a new Masky himself), or Alex (eh...)

EDIT: Of interest. The "smile for" in "smile for the camera" is the "smile for" in "smile for DEATH." DEATH. camera. Hmm.

Though they seem to be fond of hitting up Michael's for props. I have a few little mannequins like that. D:

That might be an anagram for something. I can already see that it contains "seth"

I'll work on that.
