So I think that we can assume that the 911 caller is Witness 1.
Witness 1 saw our homeless buddy Sleeper (Witness 2) drunkenly stumbling around near the body which means that she did not see the Origami Killer (unless it's Sleeper which is not likely).

Going off the notion that this is the first victim, digging through that Shwag box is not going to help us since the paper and the events covered by the game are from after O.K. is established.

I'm trying to find out whether Sleeper's a member of any local groups. The logo on the card/leaflet (With several people in a circle) suggests it'd have been from a community group of some sort.
