From what I can tell, everyone seems to think that their opinion is "completely obvious". This is understandable, because so far in this series, there has been nothing "completely obvious". But let's not attempt to say any theory isn't credible because it doesnt fit the "obvious" evidence.

That said, when I first watched the video, I took the "Footage from Alex Kralie" to be a reference to the introduction of the series, and nothing more. The entire response seemed to be showing what happened to Alex. The "warning" to me is that if you stay home, slendy's gonna come for you, and you're gonna die, because thats what happened to Alex. And the "puppet", as we've been told, is not a puppet, its a figure used for art. I will consider that to be an exception to my first rule, it's pretty much a fact. So that does seem to count out the "puppet" theories, even though everything else about them could still be true.

Lastly, regarding Tim, people point to his behavior in 15 as evidence that he is not Masky. However, if you'll notice, he seems to get extremely nervous when Jay starts asking about guys in suits. One explanation I've seen, but not in this thread, is that Tim "forgot" everything that happened during Marble Hornets, but Jay made him remember. Remembering made him become Masky, and subsequently seek out Jay, for purposes that are open to speculation.

I always had a feeling that TTA was Alex. Made the most logical sense. And I apologize if this has been said before, but maybe Alex gave J the tapes in the first place to trap him, so Slenderman could feed.

A note about the poseable figure -- for the purposes of stop-motion one COULD call it a puppet. You stop everything, pose it a bit, take a snapshot, stop and pose again, etc. It could even be Jay at this point, with the long periods of memory loss being equivalent to the periods in between each 'snapshot' where he's being manipulated.

That's going out on a branch of course, but just saying that things aren't even as clearcut as celticsfan87 says. XD And that ain't a whole lot at all.

Dray, I was wondering if it was possible that J was TTA, with all his missing time and all. Who says Masky isn't J, just from the future. For all we know, Masky can jump around time.

I was thinking that Masky could be Jay as well... at least perhaps some of the time. I'm not going to cling to it like a pet theory though because it is pretty out there.

I'm just thinking that people saying "THAR'S NO EVIDENCE LAWLZ" are partways trumpeting out their behinds -- Masky is wearing two different outfits between 18 and 19. o.o But he's wearing the same outfit from 18 as he is in 23. Not to say that Masky NEVER CHANGES CLOTHING™, but to dismiss that out of hand is to toss out perfectly delicious fodder for speculation. XD

Dray- Touche. That's a good point, so it seems like the figure could be considered a puppet. My bad.
Also, the Masky=Tim theory from my earlier post was mostly just a possibility if we are considering Masky and TTA to be different people. As such, I don't really believe it, because I don't know why Jay would say they were the same if we weren't supposed to believe it. To me, saying that Jay doesn't really know or "can't be trusted" is just avoiding the point. If they weren't the same person (or entity), the creators wouldn't have had Jay call them the same. That said, I still have no idea how Tim would fit into the TTA character. But I'm fine with a theory that doesn't explain everything, as long as it doesn't seem completely ridiculous.
