No idea if you have noticed, but Slender Man and Mas Ky have been talking between accounts and such, but Mas Ky doesn't have Jay The-Narrator added (or the alex profile). Mas Ky and Slender Man feel like two legitimate and joined attempts at humour (the humour is different so I'd say two different people) in cahoots with each other, but the Jay and Alex accounts feel like Bandwagon jumps to me.

Either way I personally feel that the Slender Man account is fricken hilarious!
